【摘要】:受到成像規(guī)律性差,背景紋理復(fù)雜及強(qiáng)烈噪聲的影響,直線檢測方法通常難以適應(yīng)遙感影像處理的需求。有鑒于此,論文提出一種具有視覺顯著性的遙感影像主特征線檢測方法。論文首先論證了利用已提取直線為基元,基于格式塔法則構(gòu)建主特征線的可行性;其次對(duì)直線在主特征線上的復(fù)雜投影情況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的剖析,并給出了主特征線的定義;接著建立了主特征線累計(jì)權(quán)重矩陣及直線統(tǒng)計(jì)矩陣,依據(jù)格式塔原則分析直線權(quán)重分布規(guī)律,以此構(gòu)建了直線的權(quán)重模型,同時(shí)探討不同直線在同一主特征線上權(quán)重分配規(guī)律;最后依據(jù)上述分析結(jié)果提出了具體的算法步驟。通過多幅含有強(qiáng)烈噪聲的光學(xué)與SAR遙感衛(wèi)星影像實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,相對(duì)于其他聚類算法,論文算法能夠在雜亂無序的直線集中提取較為清晰的主特征線,并且實(shí)驗(yàn)效果基本符合人工視覺感知,便于機(jī)器對(duì)遙感影像的清晰理解。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of poor imaging regularity, complex background texture and strong noise, line detection methods are usually difficult to meet the needs of remote sensing image processing. This paper presents a visual salient detection method for the main feature line of remote sensing image. Firstly, the paper demonstrates the feasibility of constructing the main feature line based on the Gestalt rule by using the extracted line as the basic element. Secondly, the complex projection of a line on the main feature line is analyzed in detail, and the definition of the main feature line is given. Then the main characteristic line cumulative weight matrix and linear statistical matrix are established. According to the Gestalt principle the linear weight distribution law is analyzed and the linear weight model is constructed. At the same time, the law of weight distribution of different lines on the same main characteristic line is discussed. Finally, based on the above analysis results, the specific algorithm steps are proposed. The experimental results of several optical and SAR remote sensing satellite images with strong noise show that compared with other clustering algorithms. In this paper, the algorithm can extract the main feature line in the chaotic straight line, and the experimental results basically accord with the artificial visual perception, so it is convenient for the machine to understand the remote sensing image clearly.
