【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的城鎮(zhèn)化研究中,大都不同程度地忽視了現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)在城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展中的地位和作用,認為工業(yè)化是城鎮(zhèn)化的主要動力,農(nóng)業(yè)往往被置于被動的接受者和被改造者的地位。實際上,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化和升級是區(qū)域城鎮(zhèn)化的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)之一,以農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化為基礎(chǔ)的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展不但可以有效促進區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,也是區(qū)域城鎮(zhèn)化的重要推動力。農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化之間是良性的互動關(guān)系。山東省是農(nóng)業(yè)大省,依托農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群促進城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展具有較好的資源條件和產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)。因此,本論文對山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展進行了調(diào)查和分析,試圖研究該區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展之間的互動關(guān)系,并找出二者良性互動發(fā)展不足的原因,以期進一步促進山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化的良性發(fā)展。基于上述思路,論文首先從農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的動因和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的動力分析入手,闡釋了農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化互動發(fā)展的機理。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,論文分析了山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并采用Eviews6.0計量軟件,通過協(xié)整檢驗和格蘭杰因果檢驗,分析山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與城鎮(zhèn)化間的相互關(guān)系。論文進一步分析了目前山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與城鎮(zhèn)化互動發(fā)展中的制約因素,并提出了進一步促進二者互動發(fā)展的對策建議。論文的主要結(jié)論如下:農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群提升了城鎮(zhèn)化所需的諸要素的形成和發(fā)展速度,進而促進了城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展,為城鎮(zhèn)空間擴展提出來更氋的要求;同時城鎮(zhèn)化為農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群提供了空間地理載體,是農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的有力支撐,因此,二者是互相促進、協(xié)同發(fā)展的。山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展關(guān)系的實證分析表明,在長期來看農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展不是獨立的,是相互促進互相影響的,只是影響程度不同罷了。但在短期內(nèi),城鎮(zhèn)化率的提高對農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展有明顯的推到作用,但農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展對城鎮(zhèn)化率的提高有明顯作用。由于集群程度低和城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)的存在,山東省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展良性互動不足,因而從整體規(guī)劃、制度建設、創(chuàng)新體系的建設以及對龍頭企業(yè)的政策扶持等方面入手,促進二者良性互動發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Study on Urbanization in the traditional, most of the varying degrees of neglect of the status and role of modern agriculture development in the town, that industrialization is the main motive force of urbanization, agriculture is often placed in the passive receivers and altered the status. In fact, the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of agriculture is one of the industrial base of regional urbanization on the basis of the agricultural industrialization of agricultural industry cluster development not only can effectively promote the rapid development of regional agriculture and rural economy, but also an important driving force for regional urbanization. Between agricultural industrial cluster and urbanization is a benign interaction. Shandong province is a major agricultural province, has good resource conditions and the industrial foundation the agricultural industry clusters to promote the development of urbanization. Therefore, the investigation and analysis of the agricultural industry cluster in Shandong province and the development of the urbanization, trying to study The interactive relationship between the development of the regional agricultural industrial cluster and urbanization, and find out the harmonious development between the two reasons, in order to further promote the healthy development of agricultural industry cluster in Shandong province and urbanization. Based on the above ideas, firstly, from the analysis of agricultural industry cluster development and the motivation of urbanization drive development. The interaction mechanism of the development of agricultural industrial cluster and urbanization. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural industrial cluster and urbanization development in Shandong, and the use of Eviews6.0 measurement software, through cointegration test and Grainger test, and analyze the relation between the agricultural industry cluster in Shandong province and between urbanization the paper further analyzes the restricting factors. At present, the agricultural industrial cluster and urbanization in Shandong Province, and put forward to further promote the interactive development of two Suggestions. The main conclusions are as follows: agricultural industrial clusters to enhance the formation and development of the speed of the elements required for urbanization, and promote the development of urban expansion, Meng raised more requirements for urban space; at the same time as the urbanization of agricultural industry cluster provides space and carrier, is the strong support of the agricultural industry, cluster development therefore, the two are mutual promotion and coordinated development. The empirical analysis of Shandong province agriculture industrial cluster and urbanization relationship shows that in the long term development of agricultural industrial cluster and urbanization development is not independent, promotes mutually affect each other, but the extent is different. But in the short term, town improving the rate of agricultural industrial cluster development to push the obvious effect, but the development of agricultural industrial cluster to improve the urbanization rate has obvious effect. Because the cluster degree is low and two yuan in urban and rural areas The existence of structure, Shandong agricultural industry cluster and urbanization development benign interaction is insufficient, so from the overall planning, system construction, innovation system construction and leading enterprises' policy support, etc, to promote the two benign interaction development.
