本論文以巴基斯坦為研究對象,通過大量區(qū)域社會和經(jīng)濟資料收集,結合問卷調查,研究了全球氣候變化對巴基斯坦區(qū)域社會、經(jīng)濟的影響,從人口、資源和社會經(jīng)濟等多方面研究了巴基斯坦對全球氣候變化的適應性,揭示了全球氣候變化對巴基斯坦各個方面影響的社會、經(jīng)濟等因素,提出了應對全球氣候變化的適應性和減緩作用的對策,為巴基斯坦在氣候變化條件下社會和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供了參考。研究表明,全球氣候變化造成的破壞在南亞地區(qū)尤為明顯,該地區(qū)居民對氣候變化的應對能力脆弱,氣候變化適應能力和減緩意識極低。由于貧困率高,財政資源有限和物質資源短缺,巴基斯坦的適應能力低,氣候災害頻繁發(fā)生,如氣溫變化,持續(xù)性洪水,冰川融化,湖泊飽和,地震,颶風,風暴,雪崩,干旱,缺水,蟲害,人類健康問題。季節(jié)和生活方式的變化一直威脅著生態(tài)系統(tǒng),生物多樣性,人類社區(qū),動物棲息地,森林,土地和海洋,未來可能造成進一步的破壞。即使巴基斯坦對全球溫室氣體排放貢獻微弱,然而氣候變化對巴基斯坦普通居民的影響可能非常大,當?shù)貏游镂锓N如獅子,禿鷲,海豚和烏龜也瀕臨滅絕。氣候變化的主要原因是人類干預及工業(yè)發(fā)展,交通,城市擴張,能源生產和消費,農業(yè)活動,廢物管理不...
