【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展，網(wǎng)絡(luò)在中國(guó)得到空前普及，已經(jīng)開始成為人們生活中必不可少的一部分。網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的開放性、公開性吸引著人們的注意力。而與此同時(shí)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的監(jiān)督功能也受到了民眾和政府的關(guān)注。本文從網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體監(jiān)督與司法公正兩方面入手，著重探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體監(jiān)督對(duì)于司法公正的意義及現(xiàn)實(shí)影響。網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體監(jiān)督像一把雙刃劍，不僅有著積極的促進(jìn)作用，同時(shí)在促進(jìn)的過(guò)程中也產(chǎn)生一些消極作用。比如說(shuō)媒介審判等。只有處理好網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體監(jiān)督與司法公正的關(guān)系，尋求二者之間最為協(xié)調(diào)的模式，，使網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體監(jiān)督對(duì)司法公正的消極作用控制在合理范圍內(nèi)，才能充分發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體監(jiān)督的積極作用，從而推動(dòng)司法進(jìn)程的發(fā)展，為中國(guó)法治社會(huì)建設(shè)增添新力量。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Internet, the Internet has gained unprecedented popularity in China, which has become an indispensable part of people's life. The openness of network media attracts people's attention. At the same time, the openness of Internet media attracts people's attention. The supervision function of the network media has also been concerned by the public and the government. This paper starts with the supervision of the network media and the judicial justice. Focus on the significance and practical impact of network media supervision on judicial justice. Network media supervision, like a double-edged sword, not only has a positive role in promoting. At the same time, there are some negative effects in the process of promotion. For example, the media trial. Only deal with the relationship between network media supervision and judicial justice, seek the most harmonious model between the two. Only when the negative effect of network media supervision on judicial justice is controlled within a reasonable range, can the positive role of network media supervision be brought into full play, thus promoting the development of judicial process. It will add new strength to the construction of a society ruled by law in China.
