【摘要】:風(fēng)電是重要的可再生新能源。風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)是高端裝備制造業(yè)和新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合體,歷來(lái)受到各級(jí)政府的高度重視和支持。中國(guó)風(fēng)機(jī)制造企業(yè)在經(jīng)歷十余年的行業(yè)高速增長(zhǎng)后,在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)和行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇的沖擊下,面對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)外環(huán)境的改變,有必要重新對(duì)自身的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行審視和規(guī)劃。本研究擬以國(guó)內(nèi)風(fēng)機(jī)制造業(yè)排名前列的湘電風(fēng)能有限公司作為研究對(duì)象,旨在為新時(shí)期湘電風(fēng)能有限公司(簡(jiǎn)稱湘電風(fēng)能)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定與實(shí)施提供參考和建議。本研究主要是結(jié)合相關(guān)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論和對(duì)風(fēng)電行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)和信息的搜集整理以及分析,遵循企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定的三個(gè)基本階段環(huán)境分析、戰(zhàn)略制定與執(zhí)行進(jìn)行展開(kāi)。本文首先對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論的相關(guān)流派進(jìn)行了分析和比較,為接下來(lái)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的選擇和優(yōu)化提供理論支持。然后通過(guò)資料搜集和分析,對(duì)本研究對(duì)象湘電風(fēng)能的內(nèi)部發(fā)展條件進(jìn)行了闡述和分析,接著對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外風(fēng)電市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。然后采取了SWOT分析法對(duì)湘電風(fēng)能的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了分析。發(fā)現(xiàn)湘電風(fēng)能的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)在電機(jī)制造、產(chǎn)品選型和產(chǎn)業(yè)先發(fā)。其發(fā)展劣勢(shì)包括:地理位置限制、市場(chǎng)規(guī)模較小、管理體制保守和技術(shù)力量薄弱。其發(fā)展機(jī)遇包括穩(wěn)定的政策支持、風(fēng)電企業(yè)兼并重組、后續(xù)維護(hù)市場(chǎng)擴(kuò)大。面臨的發(fā)展威脅包括產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量隱患、風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)難題、企業(yè)擴(kuò)張合并的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)的挑戰(zhàn)。在對(duì)湘電風(fēng)能SWOT分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合對(duì)湘電風(fēng)現(xiàn)有發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究和分析,本文從三個(gè)方面對(duì)湘電風(fēng)能的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,包括:產(chǎn)品差異化戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)品安全化戰(zhàn)略和縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略。針對(duì)新時(shí)期風(fēng)電行業(yè)內(nèi)外環(huán)境快速變化的現(xiàn)實(shí),本研究提出湘電風(fēng)能的未來(lái)發(fā)展定位和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)是打造國(guó)際有影響和國(guó)內(nèi)一流的風(fēng)電制造企業(yè),發(fā)展原則是穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)、創(chuàng)新推動(dòng)和重點(diǎn)突破,并闡述了湘電風(fēng)能的發(fā)展途徑、行動(dòng)工程以及戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障。本研究對(duì)湘潭市風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)的支柱企業(yè)湘電風(fēng)能的總體發(fā)展目標(biāo)制定和戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施具有重要的意義,也為經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供了意見(jiàn)和參考。
[Abstract]:Wind power is an important renewable energy. Wind power industry is a combination of high-end equipment manufacturing and new energy industry. It has always been highly valued and supported by governments at all levels. After more than ten years of rapid growth, Chinese fan manufacturing enterprises face the internal and external environment under the impact of the new economy and the intensification of competition in the industry. It is necessary to review and plan its own development strategy. This study aims to provide reference and suggestions for the development and implementation of the development and implementation of the Hunan TV Wind Energy Ltd (wind power) development strategy in the new period. The relevant enterprise strategic management theory and the collection and analysis of the data and information of the wind power industry, follow the three basic stages of the enterprise development strategy environment analysis, strategic formulation and implementation. This paper first analyzes and compares the relevant schools of the enterprise strategic management theory, for the next enterprise strategy. The selection and optimization provide theoretical support. Then through data collection and analysis, the internal development conditions of this research object are expounded and analyzed, and then the development status of the wind power market at home and abroad is analyzed. Then the SWOT analysis method is adopted to develop the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the wind energy development. It is found that the development advantage of the wind power of Hunan electric power is motor manufacturing, product selection and industry first. Its development disadvantage includes: geographical position restriction, small market scale, conservative management system and weak technical force. Its development opportunities include stable policy support, merger and reorganization of wind power enterprises, and further maintenance of market expansion. The threat to development is facing the development threat. It includes the hidden trouble of product quality, the problem of wind power grid connected with the network, the risk of enterprise expansion and merger and the challenge of the new normal economy. On the basis of SWOT analysis of the wind energy of Hunan electric power, combining with the research and analysis of the existing development strategy of Xiang TV wind, this paper optimizes the development strategy of the wind energy from three aspects, including the product differentiation strategy and the product. In view of the rapid changes in the internal and external environment of the wind power industry in the new period, this study proposes that the future development orientation and strategic goal of the wind energy of Hunan power is to create an international and domestic first-class wind power manufacturing enterprise. The development principle is to push forward steadily, promote innovation and key breakthroughs, and elaborate the Hunan power. The development approach of wind energy, action engineering and strategic implementation guarantee. This study is of great significance to the overall development target and strategy implementation of the Xiangtan wind power industry's pillar enterprises, and also provides advice and reference for the long-term development planning of regional economy under the new normal economy.
