【摘要】：海島地區(qū)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能級(jí)低的問(wèn)題。從創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的視角出發(fā),運(yùn)用Gephi、Arcgis等軟件對(duì)專利數(shù)據(jù)和論文數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,以舟山市定海區(qū)為例,刻畫其2000—2014年的合作創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化。研究顯示:(1)定海區(qū)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展實(shí)現(xiàn)了從高校和研究所推動(dòng)到以高校和大型企業(yè)為主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新推動(dòng)力的轉(zhuǎn)變;(2)定海區(qū)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新知識(shí)獲取以浙江省內(nèi)合作為主,但其合作范圍逐步增大,呈現(xiàn)良好勢(shì)頭;(3)經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)對(duì)定海區(qū)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了極大的沖擊,說(shuō)明創(chuàng)新能級(jí)低的產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不高、抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力弱。盡快構(gòu)建海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò),提升創(chuàng)新能級(jí)對(duì)提升定海區(qū)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The development of marine industry in island areas facing the problem of the low level of industrial innovation. From the perspective of innovation network, the use of Gephi, and the data of patent data analysis software such as Arcgis, in Dinghai District of Zhoushan city as an example, the cooperative innovation network portrays its 2000 - 2014 evolution. Research shows that: (1) the development of innovation network in Dinghai the marine industry realized from universities and research institutes to promote transformation in universities and large enterprises as the main driving force of innovation; (2) the innovation of knowledge acquisition in Dinghai District of marine industry in Zhejiang province based collaboration, but its scope of cooperation gradually increased, showing a good momentum; (3) the impact of economic crisis in Dinghai District, marine industry, innovation level low industrial competitiveness is not high, weak anti risk ability as soon as possible. To construct the network of marine industry innovation, enhance the level of innovation to enhance the comprehensive marine industry It is of great significance to be competitive.
