【摘要】：上市公司的成長(zhǎng)性是創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,目前涉及如何測(cè)量創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司成長(zhǎng)性的研究在國(guó)內(nèi)較少,因此,該研究具有重要的理論意義。本文旨在回答如何正確理解創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司的成長(zhǎng)性、上市后是否存在"業(yè)績(jī)變臉"、哪些因素會(huì)影響它的成長(zhǎng)性等問(wèn)題,這對(duì)于促進(jìn)創(chuàng)業(yè)板健康成長(zhǎng),幫助投資者理性地分析和投資具有重要的實(shí)踐意義。本文首先對(duì)企業(yè)"成長(zhǎng)性"的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了完整界定,然后抽取174家公司作為研究樣本進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,最后對(duì)實(shí)證結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析并提出政策建議。研究得出創(chuàng)新是創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司發(fā)展的動(dòng)力和源泉。
[Abstract]:The growth of listed companies is a key issue in the development of gem market. There are few researches on how to measure the growth of listed companies in China, so this research has important theoretical significance. The purpose of this paper is to answer the questions of how to correctly understand the growth of gem listed companies, whether there is "performance change" after listing, and what factors will affect its growth, which will promote the healthy growth of gem. It is of great practical significance to help investors analyze and invest rationally. In this paper, the connotation of "growth" of enterprises is defined, and 174 companies are selected for empirical research. Finally, the empirical results are analyzed and policy recommendations are put forward. The research draws the conclusion that innovation is the motive force and source of the development of gem listed companies.
