【摘要】：近年來,工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)和利用越來越受到專家學(xué)者的關(guān)注,伴隨著工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與再利用理論的不斷深化,工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生的實(shí)踐也越來越多。然而目前開展的研究主要針對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)與利用,而對(duì)再生后的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)所產(chǎn)生的影響和效益則鮮有關(guān)注。只重視前期研究和利用,忽視利用后的效果和檢驗(yàn),容易造成工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生模式的單一或是因再生模式不合理等原因引起的再次荒廢。本文在此背景下,將工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)被利用而產(chǎn)生的現(xiàn)象和影響稱作為工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的再生效應(yīng),旨在開展工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生效應(yīng)評(píng)價(jià)體系構(gòu)建的研究,不僅有助于完善工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與利用理論體系,也可以通過對(duì)既有再生項(xiàng)目的評(píng)估,對(duì)同類項(xiàng)目提供借鑒和參考,促進(jìn)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)和可持續(xù)利用。本文從工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生所處的時(shí)代背景和其自身的特點(diǎn)出發(fā),結(jié)合國內(nèi)外工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容,從三方面構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)體系框架,分別是工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生過程評(píng)價(jià)、可持續(xù)性評(píng)價(jià)以及再生價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)。首先在此基礎(chǔ)上分別論述三方面評(píng)價(jià)體系所包含的評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容,再生過程評(píng)價(jià)主要是針對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生過程中工作質(zhì)量以及管理水平的評(píng)價(jià);可持續(xù)性評(píng)價(jià)則是針對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生后其自身的可持續(xù)性以及對(duì)周邊社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境的可持續(xù)性的評(píng)價(jià);再生價(jià)值的評(píng)價(jià),是針對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生后其自身的歷史文化、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)等價(jià)值的評(píng)估。其次,根據(jù)每部分體系評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容的不同,篩選不同的指標(biāo)構(gòu)成,并選擇相應(yīng)適合的評(píng)價(jià)方法,最終構(gòu)建出適用性高、較為科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)體系。最后,引入龜北區(qū)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生的實(shí)例,對(duì)此工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)運(yùn)用構(gòu)建的評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),一方面檢驗(yàn)了龜北區(qū)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生的成敗,另一方面也體現(xiàn)了評(píng)價(jià)體系框架在工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生效應(yīng)評(píng)價(jià)上的適用性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the protection and utilization of industrial heritage has been paid more and more attention by experts and scholars, along with the deepening of the theory of industrial heritage protection and reuse. The practice of industrial heritage regeneration is also more and more. However, the current research mainly focuses on the protection and utilization of industrial heritage, while little attention is paid to the impact and benefit of the regenerated industrial heritage. Neglecting the effect and test after utilization, it is easy to cause the rebirth mode of industrial heritage to be single or to be abandoned again because of unreasonable regeneration mode. The phenomenon and influence caused by industrial heritage being used is called the regeneration effect of industrial heritage. The purpose of this study is to carry out the research on the evaluation system of industrial heritage regeneration effect, which is not only helpful to perfect the theoretical system of industrial heritage protection and utilization. Through the evaluation of the existing regeneration projects, it can provide reference and reference for the similar projects, and promote the protection and sustainable utilization of industrial heritage. This paper starts from the background of the times and its own characteristics of industrial heritage regeneration. Based on the evaluation contents of industrial heritage at home and abroad, the evaluation system framework is constructed from three aspects, namely, industrial heritage regeneration process evaluation. On the basis of this, the evaluation of regeneration process is mainly aimed at the quality of work and the level of management in the process of industrial heritage regeneration. The evaluation of sustainability is aimed at the sustainability of the industrial heritage after regeneration, and the evaluation of the social, economic and environmental sustainability of the surrounding society; the evaluation of the value of regeneration is aimed at the history and culture of the industrial heritage after the regeneration. Secondly, according to the different evaluation contents of each part of the system, we select different index composition, and select the appropriate evaluation method, and finally construct a more scientific evaluation system with high applicability. This paper introduces an example of industrial heritage regeneration in Gubei District, and evaluates the evaluation system constructed by the application of this industrial heritage. On the one hand, it tests the success or failure of industrial heritage regeneration in Gubei District. On the other hand, it also reflects the applicability of the evaluation system framework in the evaluation of industrial heritage regeneration effect.
