【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)化水平不斷提高,建筑建造技術(shù)也在迅速發(fā)展。裝配式建筑可批量建造且節(jié)能高效,適應(yīng)迅速變化的社會(huì)需求,體現(xiàn)了建筑中分工協(xié)作的生產(chǎn)方式,已成為建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。但我國(guó)裝配式建筑發(fā)展緩慢,特別是裝配式建筑的設(shè)計(jì)方式仍墨守成規(guī),并未完全匹配裝配式建造方式。本文在開放建筑理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)裝配式建筑的特征及設(shè)計(jì)需求進(jìn)行分析,以期提出一種具有空間適應(yīng)性且滿足未來變化的裝配化設(shè)計(jì)方法,從設(shè)計(jì)層面上進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)裝配式建筑的發(fā)展。論文分為四章：第一章緒論,在概述研究背景及現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,闡明研究的對(duì)象、目的、程序及方法。第二章分析目前裝配式建筑的問題,探究其始末成因,總結(jié)裝配式建筑的建造特點(diǎn)及設(shè)計(jì)需求。隨后,對(duì)開放建筑理論的基本概念、特征及操作方法進(jìn)行解讀,提煉其設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)涵。第三章通過對(duì)兩個(gè)典型案例的分析,總結(jié)建筑裝配化與開放建筑設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)在辯證關(guān)系,進(jìn)而提出適應(yīng)裝配化建造的設(shè)計(jì)策略。第四章在研究性項(xiàng)目中進(jìn)行應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì),并將其與傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法在方案層面進(jìn)行橫向?qū)Ρ?總結(jié)優(yōu)勢(shì),修正不足。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrialization, construction technology is developing rapidly. Prefabricated buildings can be built in batches, energy saving and high efficiency, adapt to the rapidly changing social needs, and embody the production mode of division of labor and cooperation in architecture, which has become the inevitable trend of the development of construction industry. However, the development of prefabricated buildings in our country is slow, especially the design methods of prefabricated buildings are still conformable and do not fully match the prefabricated construction methods. Based on the research of open building theory, this paper analyzes the characteristics and design requirements of prefabricated buildings, in order to propose an assembly design method with spatial adaptability and meet the future changes. From the design level to further promote the development of prefabricated buildings. The thesis is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is an introduction, on the basis of summarizing the research background and present situation, expounding the object, purpose, procedure and method of the research. The second chapter analyzes the problems of the present prefabricated architecture, explores the causes of its origin, and summarizes the construction characteristics and design requirements of the prefabricated architecture. Then, the basic concepts, characteristics and operation methods of open building theory are interpreted and its design connotation is refined. The third chapter summarizes the internal dialectical relationship between building assembly and open building design through the analysis of two typical cases, and then puts forward the design strategy suitable for assembly construction. The fourth chapter carries on the application design in the research project, and carries on the horizontal contrast with the traditional design method in the plan level, summarizes the superiority, corrects the insufficiency.
