【摘要】：本文通過構建農民工職業(yè)價值觀對職業(yè)流動行為影響的理論框架,利用全國18個省份隨機抽樣實地問卷調查獲得的一手數(shù)據(jù),對農民工職業(yè)價值觀對職業(yè)流動行為的影響進行實證研究,結果表明:職業(yè)價值觀的不同維度對農民工職業(yè)流動具有截然不同的影響,而且這種影響存在顯著的代際差異。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical framework of the influence of migrant workers' professional values on occupational mobility behavior, this paper makes use of the primary data obtained by random sampling questionnaire survey in 18 provinces of China. The empirical study on the influence of migrant workers' professional values on the occupational mobility behavior shows that the different dimensions of the vocational values have different effects on the migrant workers' occupational mobility, and there are significant intergenerational differences in this effect.
