【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化是當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要特征之一,其與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展理念不謀而合,我國政府近期政策導(dǎo)向也蘊(yùn)涵區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展內(nèi)核,表明區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的研究成為熱點(diǎn)論題。按照復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的演化規(guī)律,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)在一定條件下能夠從無序到有序,從而使得整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)高效率高協(xié)同發(fā)展,這為我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展指明了新的道路。在現(xiàn)階段,究竟我國區(qū)域間經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀如何、表現(xiàn)出怎樣的時(shí)空特征,這是這篇文字的核心內(nèi)容。 本文對(duì)國內(nèi)外研究成果進(jìn)行了回顧和梳理,分析區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展內(nèi)涵和機(jī)制,指出地方保護(hù)水平、區(qū)域比較優(yōu)勢(shì)度和要素自由流動(dòng)水平是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的重要影響因素,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)總體水平、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)總體效率和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系水平為主要表現(xiàn)特征,進(jìn)而確立區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和指標(biāo)體系。然后,運(yùn)用擴(kuò)展的DEA方法,對(duì)我國不同空間尺度1993-2012年的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展度進(jìn)行分階段分析,并采用全局Moran'sⅠ、局部Moran散點(diǎn)圖、空間聚類圖等方法,研究我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展度的空間演化特征。結(jié)果表明：1993-2012年我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展總體處于中級(jí)水平,東、中、西部梯級(jí)差異明顯,東、中、西部之間及東部地區(qū)內(nèi)部協(xié)同發(fā)展差距擴(kuò)大,中、西部地區(qū)內(nèi)部差距縮�。涣硗�,第二階段(2003-2012)的協(xié)同發(fā)展度較第一階段(1993-2002)有所提升,29省市、三大地區(qū)、東部?jī)?nèi)部省市間的差距擴(kuò)大,近年來部分地區(qū)差距縮��；最后,近二十年我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展度空間效應(yīng)明顯,存在顯著的正空間相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Regional economic integration is one of the important characteristics of economic development in the world today. It coincides with the concept of coordinated development of regional economy. Our government's recent policy guidance also contains the core of regional economic coordinated development. According to the evolution law of complex system, regional economic system can change from disorder to order under certain conditions, so that the whole economic system can develop in high efficiency and coordination. This indicates a new way for the development of regional economy in our country. At the present stage, what is the present situation of the coordinated development of regional economy in our country and what space-time characteristics are shown, which is the core content of this text. This paper reviews the domestic and foreign research achievements, analyzes the connotation and mechanism of regional economic coordinated development, and points out the level of local protection. The degree of regional comparative advantage and the level of free flow of factors are the important influencing factors of regional economic coordinated development. The overall level of regional economy, the overall efficiency of regional economy and the level of regional economic linkage are the main characteristics. Then, the evaluation standard and index system of regional economic coordination development are established. Then, by using the extended DEA method, the paper analyzes the degree of regional economic coordination development in different spatial scales from 1993 to 2012, and adopts global Moran's 鈪，
