【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展是目前區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一,不同地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實(shí)踐表明區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)均衡發(fā)展和非均衡發(fā)展理論不能實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,因此需要對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展加以研究。內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)是我國(guó)重要的邊疆省區(qū),經(jīng)歷了近二十年的非均衡發(fā)展,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得了顯著成就的同時(shí),東中西部之間也出現(xiàn)了較大發(fā)展差距。如何縮小東中西部之間經(jīng)濟(jì)差異,推進(jìn)內(nèi)蒙古區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,是新發(fā)展理念下內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)必須面對(duì)和解決的重要課題。本文主要分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展問(wèn)題從區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展內(nèi)涵、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)綜述。第二部對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)均衡發(fā)展理論、非均衡發(fā)展理論和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了梳理。第三部分通過(guò)地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值、人均生產(chǎn)總值、規(guī)模以上企業(yè)總產(chǎn)值、糧食產(chǎn)量、肉類(lèi)產(chǎn)量、城鎮(zhèn)居民人均可支配收入、農(nóng)牧民人均純收入、地方財(cái)政一般預(yù)算收入等主要經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并從經(jīng)濟(jì)總量、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異。第四部分從經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、生態(tài)三個(gè)子系統(tǒng)對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系,利用主成分分析、模糊數(shù)學(xué)思想等方法對(duì)2014年內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)12盟市區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展截面數(shù)據(jù)和2000~2014年內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)分析。從空間角度看,內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)東中西部存在較大的經(jīng)濟(jì)差異,中部發(fā)展明顯高于東西部,三個(gè)區(qū)域之間經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)較差;從時(shí)間角度看,內(nèi)蒙古區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展呈較大波動(dòng),經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)矛盾在加劇。第五部分從影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的內(nèi)生性因素和外生性因素進(jìn)行分析,提出以促進(jìn)內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of regional economy is one of the hot issues in the research of regional economics at present. The practice of economic development in different regions shows that the theory of balanced and non-balanced development of regional economy can not realize the coordinated development of regional economy. Therefore, it is necessary to study the coordinated development of regional economy. Inner Mongolia Autonomous region is one of the most important frontier provinces in China, which has experienced nearly 20 years of unbalanced development, and has made remarkable achievements in economic development at the same time. There is also a big gap in development between the east, the west and the west. How to narrow the economic gap between the east and the west and promote the coordinated development of the regional economy in Inner Mongolia, This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is about the connotation of coordinated development of regional economy at home and abroad. Regional economic differences and regional economic coordinated development evaluation system literature review. The second part of the balanced development of regional economy theory, The theory of unbalanced development and the related concepts of coordinated development of regional economy are combed. The third part is based on the regional GDP, per capita GDP, gross output value of enterprises above scale, grain output, meat output, The main economic indicators, such as the per capita disposable income of urban residents, the per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen, the general budget income of local finance, and so on, analyze the present situation of regional economy in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, and analyze the economic aggregate and industrial structure of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. Economic benefit analysis of regional economic differences. 4th part from the economic, social, ecological three subsystems to the coordinated development of regional economy in Inner Mongolia to build an index system, using principal component analysis, This paper analyzes the cross-section data of the coordinated development of the regional economy in 2014 and the time series data of the coordinated development of the regional economy in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region from 2000 to 2014 by means of fuzzy mathematics and other methods. From the spatial point of view, There are large economic differences in the east, west and west of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, the development of the central region is obviously higher than that of the east and the west, and the economic coordination among the three regions is poor. The contradiction between the economic system and the ecosystem is intensifying. Part 5th analyzes the endogenous and exogenous factors that affect the coordinated development of regional economy and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of regional economy in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region.
