【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，我國(guó)許多地區(qū)通過(guò)引進(jìn)外商外資來(lái)帶動(dòng)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。外資企業(yè)在華投資不僅帶來(lái)了先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)，而且還把科學(xué)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)引入我國(guó)。正因?yàn)槿绱�，一些地區(qū)采用不同的手段和方法通過(guò)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)建設(shè)來(lái)吸引大批外商投資設(shè)廠。在這一過(guò)程中，各對(duì)外招商引資地區(qū)之間必然存在著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。如何才能在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲勝？競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)的收集與應(yīng)用成為其關(guān)鍵因素之一。本文主要是關(guān)于對(duì)外招商引資進(jìn)程中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)應(yīng)用研究。 在理論層面，本文在闡述競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)與對(duì)外招商引資理論的基礎(chǔ)上，將競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)與對(duì)外招商引資理論相結(jié)合，分析對(duì)外招商引資的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境情報(bào)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手情報(bào)、戰(zhàn)略競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)與戰(zhàn)術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)，并構(gòu)建對(duì)外招商引資競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)。 在應(yīng)用層面，本文試圖以蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)為例，用上述競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)理論，分析蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)在引入新加坡投資時(shí)所處的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境，面對(duì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手，以及所采取的戰(zhàn)略戰(zhàn)術(shù)，，并運(yùn)用對(duì)外招商引資競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)分析蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)的對(duì)外招商引資活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, many regions in China have brought foreign investment to promote local economic development. The investment of foreign-funded enterprises in China has not only brought advanced production technology, but also introduced scientific management experience into our country. Some regions adopt different means and methods to attract a large number of foreign investment to set up factories through the construction of development zones. In this process, there must be competition among the regions that attract foreign investment. How can they win in the fierce competition? The collection and application of competitive intelligence has become one of the key factors. On the theoretical level, on the basis of expounding the theory of competitive intelligence and attracting foreign investment, this paper combines the theory of competitive intelligence with the theory of attracting foreign investment, and analyzes the competitive environment information and rival information of foreign investment. Strategic competitive intelligence and tactical competitive intelligence, and the construction of foreign investment competitive intelligence system. At the application level, this paper attempts to take Suzhou Industrial Park as an example, using the above competitive intelligence theory, to analyze the competitive environment, competitors and strategic tactics adopted by Suzhou Industrial Park in introducing Singapore investment. And use the foreign investment competitive intelligence system to analyze the Suzhou Industrial Park's foreign investment activities.
