【摘要】：黨的十八大以來(lái),習(xí)近平總書記立足我國(guó)科技實(shí)際,在冷靜觀察世界科技發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上圍繞科技創(chuàng)新問題提出了一系列的新觀點(diǎn)、新論斷、新要求。習(xí)近平科技創(chuàng)新思想內(nèi)涵豐富,涉及科技創(chuàng)新的動(dòng)力、保障、路徑、人才以及目標(biāo)等5個(gè)維度。習(xí)近平科技創(chuàng)新思想是馬克思主義科技思想中國(guó)化的最新成果,是新常態(tài)下推動(dòng)我國(guó)科技事業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的行動(dòng)指南。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new viewpoints and judgments on the issue of scientific and technological innovation on the basis of calmly observing the development trend of science and technology in the world, based on the reality of science and technology in China. New requirements. Xi Jinping's thinking of scientific and technological innovation is rich in connotation and involves five dimensions: the motive force, guarantee, path, talent and goal of scientific and technological innovation. Xi Jinping's thought of scientific and technological innovation is the latest achievement of the Sinicization of Marxist scientific and technological thoughts. It is the action guide to promote the development of science and technology and economy and society in our country under the new normal.
