【摘要】：旅游飯店作為中國旅游業(yè)對(duì)外開放的最前沿,一直以來是外商資本配置、匯集和流動(dòng)較為活躍的領(lǐng)域。外商資本的進(jìn)入將中國旅游業(yè)聯(lián)接到世界金融體系的同時(shí),隨著中國對(duì)外開放的深入,其吸引外資的環(huán)境也發(fā)生了巨大變化,必然導(dǎo)致外商資本在華投資空間格局的演變。研究對(duì)1991-2014年中國31省域外商旅游飯店業(yè)投資及社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)期間外商投資的空間差異呈整體縮小趨勢(shì),并隨經(jīng)濟(jì)、人口和消費(fèi)格局演化,其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)橢圓重心向北偏移,且在不同尺度上受對(duì)外政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)差異、資源條件等要素作用范圍影響,空間差異的形成機(jī)制與過程差異明顯。繼而,引入管理學(xué)"鉆石模型"構(gòu)建了解釋引起這一差異的評(píng)價(jià)體系,定量化分析了省域旅游飯店業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境與市場(chǎng)條件對(duì)外商資本空間流動(dòng)方向、規(guī)模和效益所發(fā)揮的主導(dǎo)作用。最后,結(jié)合當(dāng)前"一帶一路"與"走出去"的戰(zhàn)略需求,總結(jié)了外商在華旅游飯店業(yè)投資空間差異對(duì)全球化背景下中國引導(dǎo)外資進(jìn)入和開展海外旅游投資的啟示,并就復(fù)雜科學(xué)發(fā)展背景下旅游地理學(xué)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了討論。
[Abstract]:As the forefront of China's tourism industry opening to the outside world, tourist hotels have always been an active field for the allocation, collection and flow of foreign capital. The entry of foreign capital links China's tourism industry to the world financial system at the same time. With the deepening of China's opening to the outside world, its environment for attracting foreign investment has also undergone tremendous changes. The spatial pattern of foreign capital investment in China will inevitably evolve. This paper analyzes the investment and social economic panel data of foreign tourism hotel industry in 31 provinces of China from 1991 to 2014, and finds that the spatial difference of foreign investment in China is shrinking as a whole. With the evolution of economy, population and consumption pattern, the standard elliptical center of gravity shifts northward, and is influenced by factors such as foreign policy, economic differences and resource conditions on different scales. The formation mechanism and process difference of spatial difference are obvious. Then, the management "diamond model" is introduced to construct the evaluation system to explain the difference. This paper analyzes quantitatively the leading role of the industrial environment and market conditions of provincial tourism hotel industry in the direction, scale and efficiency of foreign capital flow. Finally, it combines the strategic demands of Belt and Road and "going out". This paper summarizes the space difference of foreign investment in tourism hotel industry in China, and discusses the development of tourism geography under the background of complex scientific development.
