【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會建設(shè)迅猛發(fā)展,人民物質(zhì)文化生活水平快速提高。然而,在以追求單純經(jīng)濟(jì)增長為主導(dǎo)的發(fā)展理念支配下,人們對自然界不加約束的開發(fā)和利用,生態(tài)秩序受到破壞,人與自然關(guān)系發(fā)生異化,經(jīng)濟(jì)社會陷入發(fā)展一污染一再發(fā)展一再污染的惡性循環(huán)中。綠色發(fā)展是我國發(fā)展全局的一個重要理念,從黨的十八屆五中全會把綠色發(fā)展作為新常態(tài)背景下的五大發(fā)展理念之一,它就成為了貫穿我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的一個基本理念;堅持綠色發(fā)展,必須堅持綠色富國、綠色惠民,推動形成綠色發(fā)展方式和生活方式,這也是可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與“兩型”社會的內(nèi)在要求。學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)會黨的十八大報告精神,學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)會習(xí)總書記系列重要講話精神,結(jié)合馬克思主義基本原理,從當(dāng)前我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會現(xiàn)實(shí)問題出發(fā),著力于中國夢與綠色發(fā)展的關(guān)系,深入分析當(dāng)前我國綠色發(fā)展面臨的問題與出路,通過相關(guān)材料的引證和論述,致力于尋求我國目前綠色發(fā)展的基本路徑,為相關(guān)問題的探討和實(shí)際問題的解決提供一種理論分析和現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)。本文分為五個部分,第一部分是緒論,概述選題的背景及意義、國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究的方法、成果和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分從中國夢和綠色發(fā)展提出的背景、含義及意義三方面概述了中國夢和綠色發(fā)展的概念及相關(guān)理論。第三部分闡述了中國夢和綠色發(fā)展的關(guān)系,即中國夢為綠色發(fā)展提供了價值取向和綠色發(fā)展是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的必然選擇。第四部分分析了我國綠色發(fā)展存在的問題,如綠色發(fā)展理念淡薄、傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變的時滯性、我國綠色創(chuàng)新進(jìn)程緩慢和資源匱乏,生態(tài)環(huán)境持續(xù)惡化等,并找出了主要的原因并加以分析。第五部分提出了“中國夢”視域下我國綠色發(fā)展的路徑選擇,從轉(zhuǎn)換政府職能、加強(qiáng)綠色科技、樹立綠色生活理念三方面進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economic and social construction of our country has developed rapidly, and the people's material and cultural living standards have been improved rapidly. However, under the domination of the development concept of pursuing the pure economic growth, people have not restricted the development and utilization of the nature. The ecological order has been destroyed, the relationship between man and nature has been alienated, and the economy and society have been caught in a vicious circle of development and pollution. Green development is an important concept of the overall development of our country. Since the Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee took green development as one of the five major development concepts under the background of the new normal, it has become a basic idea that runs through China's economic and social development; to adhere to green development, we must adhere to green rich countries and green benefits to the people. Promoting the formation of a green development style and a way of life is also an inherent requirement of the strategy of sustainable development and the "two-type" society. Learn to understand the spirit of the Party's 18 National Congress report, and learn to understand the spirit of General Secretary Xi's series of important speeches. Combining with the basic principles of Marxism, starting from the current economic and social problems of our country, focusing on the relationship between Chinese Dream and green development, this paper deeply analyzes the problems and solutions facing the green development in our country, and through the citation and exposition of relevant materials, This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, which summarizes the background and significance of the topic. Research methods, achievements and innovations at home and abroad. The second part from Chinese Dream and the background of green development, The meaning and significance of Chinese Dream and the concept of green development and related theories. The third part expounds the relationship between Chinese Dream and green development. That is, Chinese Dream provides the value orientation for the green development and the green development is the inevitable choice to realize Chinese Dream. Part 4th analyzes the problems existing in the green development of our country, such as the weak concept of the green development, the time-lag of the transformation of the traditional economic growth mode. The green innovation process of our country is slow, the resources are scarce, the ecological environment is deteriorating continuously, and the main reasons are found out and analyzed. Part 5th puts forward the path choice of the green development of our country under the view of "Chinese Dream", from the transformation of the government function. Strengthening green science and technology and setting up the idea of green life are discussed in three aspects.
