【摘要】：省域經(jīng)濟(jì)是我國(guó)一種行政劃分的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)，我國(guó)大多數(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)都是在省域范圍內(nèi)運(yùn)行的。因此，省域經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起著決定性的作用，是推動(dòng)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速增長(zhǎng)的主要?jiǎng)恿χ�一。省域�?jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力反映的是一地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的實(shí)力。對(duì)省域經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和分析，，不僅僅反映了一地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)總量的增長(zhǎng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)的升級(jí)、基礎(chǔ)環(huán)境的完善以及金融秩序的調(diào)整，更是政府職能的提升、人民生活水平的提高、區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系的完善的體現(xiàn)。 本文就以省域經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)一系列指標(biāo)的提取，尋求評(píng)價(jià)省域經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有效方法，為我國(guó)省域經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升提供幫助和借鑒。本文在區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)理論觀(guān)點(diǎn)的指導(dǎo)下，將省域經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力系統(tǒng)分為三個(gè)方面的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，分別為創(chuàng)新主體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境要素競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、資源結(jié)構(gòu)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。對(duì)各個(gè)方面的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析研究，根據(jù)指標(biāo)提取的原則和方法，提出了8個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)以及31個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo)，因?yàn)橹笜?biāo)數(shù)量太多，為避免大量重復(fù)信息，所以對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行主成分分析，提取指標(biāo)主成分�？紤]到評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題多輸入多輸出的特點(diǎn)，本文選擇了數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法進(jìn)行建模，對(duì)河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行縱向和橫向的比較分析，最終得出河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的發(fā)展水平以及綜合定位。最后對(duì)河北省提升經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提出合理化的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Provincial economy is an administrative division of regional economy in China, most of our economic activities are run within the provincial scope. Therefore, provincial economy plays a decisive role in the economic development of our country. The competitiveness of the provincial economy reflects the strength of the regional economy. The evaluation and analysis of the competitiveness of the provincial economy not only reflect the growth of the regional economic aggregate, The upgrading of industrial institutions, the improvement of basic environment and the adjustment of financial order are the embodiment of the improvement of government function, the improvement of people's living standard and the perfection of regional innovation system. In this paper, the provincial economic competitiveness as the research object, through the extraction of a series of indicators, seeking to evaluate the provincial economic competitiveness of the effective method, Under the guidance of the theory of regional innovation system, this paper divides the competitiveness of provincial economy into three aspects, namely, the competitiveness of innovation subject. The competitiveness of economic and environmental factors, the competitiveness of resource structure. According to the principles and methods of index extraction, eight secondary indicators and 31 third-level indexes are put forward, because the number of indicators is too many. In order to avoid a lot of repeated information, the principal component analysis is used to extract the principal component of the index. Considering the characteristics of multi-input and multi-output of evaluation problem, this paper chooses the method of data envelopment analysis to model. Through the comparative analysis of the economic competitiveness of Hebei Province in vertical and horizontal, the development level and comprehensive orientation of economic competitiveness of Hebei Province are finally obtained. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for the rationalization of the economic competitiveness of Hebei Province are put forward.
