【摘要】：本文討論老撾和越南的特殊關(guān)系,以及這種關(guān)系在過去十年如何走向成功。歷史上,老越關(guān)系就十分密切,特別是1975年越南戰(zhàn)爭結(jié)束后,兩國都加入了社會主義陣營。這種關(guān)系的主要特點是圍繞越南對老撾事務(wù)的支配,以及越南對較小國家的援助展開的。另外,兩國關(guān)系也受到大國(如中國、美國)和鄰國(如泰國)的影響。西方國家——大部分冷戰(zhàn)后的大國之間的關(guān)系已經(jīng)在過去的幾十年間成型,與此同時,出于安全的原因,西方國家和亞洲國家都在努力增強與鄰國的聯(lián)系。雖然原始資料缺乏,但二手資料和部分原始資料已經(jīng)全面涵蓋了老越關(guān)系的源頭問題。這有助于為本文的研究打下堅實的基礎(chǔ),為老越關(guān)系的存在及其歷史上發(fā)生的質(zhì)變提供了更多的可信性。本文的理論框架為解釋兩個政治經(jīng)濟勢力不對等國家共存提供了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。從非對稱理論的角度,越南不僅影響著老撾的國內(nèi)政治,為了滿足自己的利益,它也在暗中破壞老撾的自由和主權(quán)。 為了評估老越關(guān)系長期以來的情況,本文將主要著眼與以下四點：第一,越南政府是否可以直接影響老撾的國內(nèi)政治；第二,越南政府到底是怎么幫助老撾的政治領(lǐng)袖維持其權(quán)威,以及這是否是有意義的；第三,老撾與越南結(jié)盟并依附于越南的真正動機；第四,如果越南停止對老撾的援助,可能發(fā)生的事情。 為解釋上述問題,本文分為五章： 第一章,介紹； 第二章,關(guān)于問題背景和與問題相關(guān)論文的文獻綜述； 第三章,方法論介紹； 第四章,相關(guān)研究討論,這一章是論文的主要部分； 第五章,結(jié)論,對關(guān)系的程度進行評價,并回答提出的問題。 采訪與提問者應(yīng)當(dāng)針對政府主要利益相關(guān)方,例如政治家與市民,正由于他們直面老越關(guān)系產(chǎn)生的影響,這關(guān)系背后有關(guān)動機、獲益與原因會被指出。此外,時間是本課題用參與式方法收集一手信息的另一大阻礙。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the special relationship between Laos and Vietnam and how this relationship has been successful in the past decade. Historically, old-Vietnamese relations have been close, especially since the end of the Vietnam War in 1975, when both countries joined the socialist camp. The main features of this relationship revolve around Vietnam's domination of Laos and Vietnam's aid to smaller countries. In addition, relations between the two countries are also affected by big countries (such as China, the United States) and neighboring countries (such as Thailand). Western countries-most post-Cold War powers have forged relations over the past few decades, while Western and Asian countries are trying to strengthen ties with their neighbours for security reasons. Although the original data is scarce, the second-hand data and part of the original data have fully covered the origin of the Lao-Yue relationship. It is helpful to lay a solid foundation for the research of this paper and provide more credibility for the existence of the relationship between the old and the Vietnamese and the qualitative changes that have taken place in history. The theoretical framework of this paper provides a solid basis for explaining the coexistence of two unequal political and economic powers. From the point of view of asymmetric theory, Vietnam not only affects the domestic politics of Laos, but also undermines Laos's freedom and sovereignty in order to satisfy its own interests. In order to assess the long-standing situation of Lao-Vietnamese relations, this paper will focus on the following four points: first, whether the Vietnamese Government can directly influence the domestic politics of Laos; and second, How exactly does the Vietnamese government help Lao political leaders maintain their authority, and whether it makes sense; third, the real motivation of Laos to ally itself with Vietnam and depend on Vietnam; and fourth, if Vietnam stops its aid to Laos, What might happen. In order to explain the above problems, this paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter, the introduction; the second chapter, the literature review on the background of the problem and the related papers, the third chapter, the introduction of methodology; The fourth chapter, the related research discussion, this chapter is the main part of the thesis; the fifth chapter, the conclusion, evaluates the relation degree, and answers the question. Interviewers and questioners should target key government stakeholders, such as politicians and citizens, as a result of their direct exposure to the influence of the Lao and Vietnamese relationship, the motives behind this relationship, benefits and reasons will be pointed out. In addition, time is another obstacle to the participatory approach to collecting primary information.
