考慮綜合效益的城市交通信息采集設(shè)備組合配置問題研究

【摘要】:交通信息數(shù)據(jù)采集技術(shù)是智能交通系統(tǒng)最核心的一部分,是城市交通狀態(tài)識別、交通信號配時等交通行為的基礎(chǔ),能夠為城市交通系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控和科學(xué)管理起到重要作用。交通信息采集是以交通信息采集設(shè)備為基礎(chǔ),通過多種不同交通信息采集設(shè)備協(xié)作獲取的,隨著新興科技的迅猛發(fā)展并逐漸應(yīng)用到交通領(lǐng)域,交通信息采集技術(shù)已經(jīng)從單一設(shè)備采集數(shù)據(jù)的技術(shù)發(fā)展成為多設(shè)備共同配合采集數(shù)據(jù)的技術(shù)。當(dāng)前的交通采集設(shè)備布設(shè)更多的是以單一設(shè)備為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行考慮,根據(jù)單個設(shè)備的服務(wù)范圍、布設(shè)原則、采樣周期等特性,以滿足數(shù)據(jù)種類和數(shù)據(jù)精度需求為目的,大量地的投放設(shè)備,設(shè)備成本高,而常規(guī)的交通信息采集方式都能提供諸如交通量、速度、占有率等信息,因此就造成了大量的數(shù)據(jù)冗余,不僅增加數(shù)據(jù)整理、分析的難度,還存在交通設(shè)備的重復(fù)投資和浪費的問題,是對社會資源的浪費。因此論文研究在考慮信息采集設(shè)備組合配置時,以滿足交通狀態(tài)識別和交通信號配時數(shù)據(jù)需求為基礎(chǔ),以提高經(jīng)濟效益為目的,結(jié)合不同交通信息采集設(shè)備的采集特性、數(shù)據(jù)特點以及適用性,建立多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃模型對信息設(shè)備的組合配置進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,從減少設(shè)備成本和提高設(shè)備效益兩個方面進(jìn)行建模,能有效的減少交通信息采集設(shè)備的投放量,提高設(shè)備利用率,減少設(shè)備成本支出。
[Abstract]:Traffic information data acquisition technology is the most core part of intelligent transportation system. It is the basis of traffic behavior such as urban traffic state identification and traffic signal timing. It can play an important role in the monitoring and scientific management of urban traffic system. Traffic information collection is based on traffic information collection equipment, which is obtained through a variety of different traffic information collection equipment. With the rapid development of new science and technology and gradually applied to the traffic field, traffic information collection technology has developed from the technology of single equipment to the technology of multi-equipment to cooperate with each other to collect data. At present, the deployment of traffic acquisition equipment is more based on a single device. According to the service scope, layout principle, sampling cycle and other characteristics of a single device, in order to meet the needs of data types and data accuracy, a large number of equipment is put in, and the equipment cost is high, while the conventional traffic information collection methods can provide such information as traffic volume, speed, occupation rate and so on, thus resulting in a large number of data redundancy. It not only increases the difficulty of data collation and analysis, but also has the problem of repeated investment and waste of transportation equipment, which is a waste of social resources. Therefore, when considering the combination configuration of information collection equipment, in order to meet the needs of traffic state identification and traffic signal timing data, in order to improve economic benefits, combined with the collection characteristics, data characteristics and applicability of different traffic information collection equipment, a multi-objective programming model is established to optimize the combination configuration of information equipment, and to model the combination configuration of information equipment from two aspects: reducing equipment cost and improving equipment benefit. It can effectively reduce the amount of traffic information collection equipment, improve the utilization rate of equipment and reduce the cost of equipment.
