【摘要】：目前福建省統(tǒng)計(jì)局建設(shè)的福建統(tǒng)計(jì)信息網(wǎng)仍以傳統(tǒng)的純數(shù)字化、二維表格形式發(fā)布，不能滿(mǎn)足日益增長(zhǎng)的信息決策需求，無(wú)法體現(xiàn)其網(wǎng)站特色，發(fā)揮網(wǎng)站的最大功能。 論文采用目前主流的富互聯(lián)網(wǎng)（RIA）二次開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)——Flex Builder的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)結(jié)合組件式Web GIS開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)——MapGIS IGServer的控件可封裝、可移植特點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于地理信息技術(shù)相關(guān)功能的福建統(tǒng)計(jì)信息網(wǎng)站，將統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)與其空間位置緊密結(jié)合，建立四維的地理空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)專(zhuān)題統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的地圖化、可視化、圖表一體化。為社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、統(tǒng)計(jì)決策等發(fā)揮其社會(huì)化服務(wù)功能。 論文在參考國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上，研究福建統(tǒng)計(jì)信息網(wǎng)的系統(tǒng)和技術(shù)特點(diǎn)，根據(jù)相關(guān)理論和技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)或改進(jìn)以下功能： （1）通過(guò)采集矢量地圖數(shù)據(jù)和屬性數(shù)據(jù)，構(gòu)建四維（經(jīng)緯度維、時(shí)間維、統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)維）的福建省統(tǒng)計(jì)空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)；其數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)通過(guò)元數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)器協(xié)調(diào)通訊。 （2）采用MapGIS IGServer懸浮式面向服務(wù)地理信息平臺(tái)，結(jié)合時(shí)下流行的魚(yú)眼技術(shù)，設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了“福建統(tǒng)計(jì)信息網(wǎng)”平臺(tái)，增加系統(tǒng)界面的美觀，并且通過(guò)Grid格網(wǎng)索引優(yōu)化了空間數(shù)據(jù)查詢(xún)和動(dòng)態(tài)索引優(yōu)化索引方式，闡述基于組件式Web GIS架構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)與功能方面的特色，體現(xiàn)RIA的Flex技術(shù)在改善用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)，，重用GIS功能上的優(yōu)勢(shì)體現(xiàn)。 （3）改進(jìn)了傳統(tǒng)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)二維表格發(fā)布形式，增強(qiáng)了數(shù)據(jù)的交互功能，實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于地理空間的統(tǒng)計(jì)專(zhuān)題圖的發(fā)布方式，可直觀的進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)專(zhuān)題圖的排版輸出打印，以及在線進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘。希望對(duì)統(tǒng)計(jì)局的數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布方面有著更好的表現(xiàn)方式，讓用戶(hù)更方便快捷的進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的直觀獲取，方便為統(tǒng)計(jì)決策者提供決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, Fujian Statistical Information Network, constructed by Fujian Bureau of Statistics, is still published in the form of traditional pure digitization and two-dimensional tables, which can not meet the increasing demand for information decision-making, can not reflect the characteristics of its website, and exert the maximum function of the website. In this paper, the components of MapGIS IGServer are encapsulated and portable, which is based on the technical advantages of Flex Builder, a popular secondary development platform of Rich Internet (RIA), combined with the component Web GIS development platform. This paper designs and implements the Fujian Statistical Information website based on the related functions of geographic information technology. It closely combines the statistical data with its spatial location, establishes a four-dimensional geospatial database, and realizes the mapping and visualization of the thematic statistical data. Chart integration. For the social economic development, statistical decision-making and other play its socialized service function. On the basis of reference to relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper studies the system and technical characteristics of Fujian Statistical Information Network, and implements or improves the following functions according to relevant theories and technologies: (1) collecting vector map data and attribute data, The four dimensional (longitude and latitude dimension, time dimension, statistical data dimension) of Fujian Province statistical spatial database is constructed, and its database service coordinates and communicates through the metadata system server. (2) using MapGIS IGServer suspension service-oriented geographic information platform, Combining with the popular fish-eye technology, this paper designs and implements the "Fujian Statistical Information Network" platform, which increases the beauty of the system interface, and optimizes the spatial data query and dynamic index optimization through Grid grid index. This paper expounds the characteristics of design and function of component-based Web GIS architecture, and reflects the advantages of Flex technology of RIA in improving the user experience and reusing GIS functions. (3) the traditional two-dimensional statistical data table publishing form is improved. The interactive function of data is enhanced, and the method of publishing statistical thematic map based on geographical space is realized. It can directly print the layout and print of statistical thematic map, as well as carry on the statistical data mining online. It is hoped that there will be a better way to express the data of the statistics bureau, so that the users can get the statistics data more conveniently and quickly, and provide the decision basis for the statistical decision makers.
