【摘要】：三維激光掃描點(diǎn)位精度受光斑影響較大,激光點(diǎn)在光斑中呈現(xiàn)了不確定性,該不確定性的準(zhǔn)確描述關(guān)系到激光點(diǎn)位精度的評(píng)價(jià)。將誤差熵模型引入到點(diǎn)位不確定性的評(píng)價(jià)中,利用激光點(diǎn)位在光斑中不確定性的概率密度函數(shù),推導(dǎo)了激光點(diǎn)位信息熵,并依據(jù)誤差熵與信息熵的關(guān)系得到了激光點(diǎn)位的誤差熵。通過分析誤差熵與光斑面積的關(guān)系,得到點(diǎn)云光斑平均誤差熵,實(shí)現(xiàn)了將平均誤差熵引入到點(diǎn)云不確定性的評(píng)價(jià)中。通過設(shè)置不同掃描間隔得到的點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù),分析了平均熵模型進(jìn)行基于光斑影響下的點(diǎn)云精度評(píng)價(jià)的可行性,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)光斑中點(diǎn)云不確定性的準(zhǔn)確評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:The accuracy of 3D laser scanning points is greatly affected by the spot, and the laser spot is uncertain in the spot. The accurate description of the uncertainty is related to the evaluation of the accuracy of the laser spot. In this paper, the error entropy model is introduced into the evaluation of the point position uncertainty. Using the probability density function of the laser spot uncertainty in the spot, the information entropy of the laser point position is deduced. According to the relationship between error entropy and information entropy, the error entropy of laser point is obtained. By analyzing the relationship between the error entropy and the spot area, the average error entropy of the point cloud spot is obtained, and the average error entropy is introduced into the evaluation of the point cloud uncertainty. By setting the point cloud data from different scanning intervals, the feasibility of the point cloud accuracy evaluation based on the influence of spot on the average entropy model is analyzed. Finally, the accurate evaluation of the point cloud uncertainty in the spot is realized.
