【摘要】：隨著人們對(duì)海岸資源環(huán)境重要性認(rèn)知程度的加深,海岸資源環(huán)境整治修復(fù)成為提高海岸資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用價(jià)值、維護(hù)海岸生態(tài)與環(huán)境功能的重要方式。本文從海岸資源環(huán)境損害問(wèn)題診斷與整治措施、海岸整治修復(fù)技術(shù)方法、海岸整治修復(fù)效果評(píng)估等方面系統(tǒng)分析了近20 a來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外海岸整治修復(fù)研究進(jìn)展。通過(guò)對(duì)近年來(lái)我國(guó)海岸整治修復(fù)工程實(shí)踐中存在的問(wèn)題和未來(lái)發(fā)展需求分析,提出未來(lái)海岸整治修復(fù)研究應(yīng)重點(diǎn)注重和聚焦以下方面:(1)海岸資源環(huán)境問(wèn)題形成機(jī)理及受損程度評(píng)估研究;(2)海岸整治修復(fù)技術(shù)研究與集成;(3)海岸整治修復(fù)效果評(píng)估研究;(4)海岸整治修復(fù)監(jiān)管技術(shù)研究。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of people's understanding of the importance of coastal resources and environment, the restoration of coastal resources and environment has become a value to improve the development and utilization of coastal resources. This paper deals with the diagnosis and remediation of the damage of coastal resources and environment, and the technical methods of coastal remediation. The evaluation of the effect of coastal remediation, etc., has been systematically analyzed in the past 20 years. Through the analysis of the problems existing in the practice of the coastal remediation and restoration engineering in recent years and the future development needs of the coastal remediation and restoration research progress at home and abroad. It is suggested that the future coastal remediation research should focus on the following aspects: 1) the formation mechanism of coastal resources and environmental problems and the assessment of damage degree; (2) Research and integration of coastal remediation technology; Evaluation of the effectiveness of coastal remediation; Research on the Regulation Technology of Coastal Restoration and Restoration.
