【摘要】：針對(duì)目前一級(jí)公路平交口事故多發(fā)、交安設(shè)施布設(shè)不盡統(tǒng)一的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)進(jìn)入一級(jí)公路平交口車輛的速度較高、機(jī)非混行、交安設(shè)施不完善、交叉口位置不易識(shí)別等問題進(jìn)行分析,以大山包一級(jí)公路為對(duì)象,將全線平交口劃分為完整平面交叉口、路側(cè)接入口、小型平面交叉口3類,從警示措施、減速措施以及視距保障措施三方面提出相應(yīng)的安全保障優(yōu)化方案,形成一套較為完善的大山包一級(jí)公路平交口交安設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)方案,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出我國(guó)一級(jí)公路平交口交安設(shè)施建議對(duì)策,以達(dá)到減少平交口交通事故、保障行車安全、提高通行能力的目的。
[Abstract]:In view of the current situation that the accidents of leveling the first class highway are frequent, and the traffic safety facilities are not unified, the speed of the vehicles entering the level crossing of the first class highway is relatively high, the machines are not mixed, and the traffic safety facilities are not perfect. It is difficult to identify the position of intersection and so on. Taking Dashanbao first class highway as an object, the whole line horizontal intersection is divided into three types: complete intersection, side entrance, small intersection, and so on. The warning measures are given. The corresponding safety and security optimization scheme is put forward in three aspects of deceleration measures and visual distance safeguard measures, which form a set of relatively perfect design scheme for the safety facilities of the horizontal oral crossing of Dashanbao first class highway, and on this basis, In order to reduce traffic accidents, ensure traffic safety and improve traffic capacity, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the safety of the first grade highway oral crossing facilities in China, so as to reduce the traffic accidents at the level crossing ports and to improve the traffic capacity.
