【摘要】：利用納米壓痕儀,OM,SEM,TEM,XRD,EPMA等設(shè)備研究了加氫反應(yīng)器用2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V鋼正火態(tài)粒狀貝氏體組織及力學(xué)性能隨回火溫度的變化.結(jié)果表明,2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V鋼正火后得到由貝氏體鐵素體、馬氏體和殘余奧氏體島(M-A島)組成的粒狀貝氏體組織.納米壓痕測量結(jié)果表明,由于M-A島中富集C,其硬度顯著高于貝氏體鐵素體.在回火過程中,M-A島分解和貝氏體鐵素體軟化的綜合作用導(dǎo)致了2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V鋼在-18℃的沖擊功隨著回火溫度的升高先增加后減少.除了鐵素體基體回復(fù)再結(jié)晶軟化效應(yīng)外,粒狀貝氏體組織中硬相M-A島回火轉(zhuǎn)變程度以及析出碳化物形貌、尺寸和分布是影響2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V鋼沖擊韌性的關(guān)鍵因素.
[Abstract]:The effect of tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of normalizing granular bainite of 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel used in hydrogenation reactor was studied by means of nano-indentation apparatus. The results show that the granular bainite structure composed of bainite ferrite, martensite and residual austenite island is obtained after normalizing 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel. The results of nano-indentation measurement show that the hardness of M-A island is significantly higher than that of bainitic ferrite due to the rich C in M-A island. The combined effect of decomposition of M-A island and bainitic ferrite softening during tempering resulted in the increase of impact energy of 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel at -18 鈩，
