TC21鈦合金稀土滲硼強化表面組織及性能

【摘要】:采用單體硼為供硼劑對TC21鈦合金表面進行稀土催化表面強化熱處理,對滲硼層組織形貌、硬度、磨痕形貌和磨損率進行了研究。結果表明單體硼滲劑中CeO2配比為7wt%左右的滲硼層連續(xù)致密,耐磨性較好;溫度對于表層TiB2的厚度影響較大,提高溫度可顯著增大滲硼層厚度,隨著保溫時間的延長,表層TiB2層逐漸增厚并且更為連續(xù),時間超過一定值后滲硼層厚度增加緩慢;滲硼層表層硬度隨滲硼溫度提高顯著增大,隨保溫時間延長增加緩慢,滲硼溫度在1 000℃時滲硼層近表層硬度可達3 200HV0.01左右,高硬度區(qū)域厚度可達20μm以上;TC21鈦合金滲硼層表現(xiàn)出了良好的摩擦磨損性能,滲硼試樣的比磨損率比未滲硼試樣低50~60倍。
[Abstract]:Rare-earth catalytic surface hardening heat treatment was carried out on the surface of TC21 titanium alloy with monomeric boron as boron donor. The microstructure, hardness, wear scar morphology and wear rate of boronized layer were studied. The results show that the boronizing layer with CeO2 ratio of about 7 wt% is continuous dense and has good wear resistance, and the temperature has a great effect on the thickness of surface TiB2, and increasing the temperature can significantly increase the thickness of boronizing layer, with the prolongation of the holding time. The thickness of boronized layer increases slowly after the time exceeds a certain value, and the hardness of the surface layer increases significantly with the increase of boronizing temperature, and increases slowly with the prolongation of holding time.
