一車多載式巖石劈裂機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:劈裂機(jī)是由劈裂槍和動(dòng)力站兩個(gè)主要部件組成的用來劈裂、開采巖石的礦山機(jī)械設(shè)備。最近幾年國內(nèi)外劈裂機(jī)發(fā)展很迅速,已經(jīng)投入使用的劈裂機(jī)主要是液壓式劈裂機(jī)和氣壓式劈裂機(jī)兩種。目前,國內(nèi)在劈裂機(jī)的應(yīng)用上存在很多不足之處,大部分礦區(qū)都還沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化開采,為了降低成本,多采用價(jià)格低廉的風(fēng)鉆結(jié)合鐵錘打擊鉗子的方式進(jìn)行開采,在開采過程中非常不安全。近年來,隨著我國勞動(dòng)力成本一路飆漲,礦區(qū)沒法承受因勞動(dòng)力成本增加而導(dǎo)致的利潤嚴(yán)重下滑,因此礦區(qū)急需高效、自動(dòng)化的巖石開采設(shè)備以降低勞動(dòng)力成本。為解決上述問題,本文著力于研究巖石自動(dòng)化開采方法,設(shè)計(jì)出一款用于高效開采巖石的一車多載式巖石劈裂機(jī),論文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)針對國內(nèi)某礦區(qū)目前開采巖石的步驟與方法,初步確定了一車多載式巖石劈裂機(jī)的功能,然后根據(jù)一車多載式巖石劈裂機(jī)要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,反向進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)總機(jī)要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,把各個(gè)功能再分配給各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)來實(shí)現(xiàn),根據(jù)功能反推機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)與運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)軌跡,逐步對總體完成了設(shè)計(jì)。(2)論文為了更好的設(shè)計(jì)劈裂機(jī),對巖石力學(xué)進(jìn)行了學(xué)習(xí),并且認(rèn)真的研究了氣動(dòng)式劈裂機(jī)的巖石劈裂機(jī)理,清楚的了解巖石和劈裂機(jī)之間的相互作用力關(guān)系,從根本上確保了對劈裂機(jī)的受力情況非常清楚、透徹,使設(shè)計(jì)出的機(jī)構(gòu)更加合理。(3)根據(jù)對整機(jī)的把握,論文把一車多載式巖石劈裂機(jī)分成了:防側(cè)翻的車架系統(tǒng)、劈裂機(jī)的自動(dòng)定位機(jī)構(gòu)、劈裂機(jī)的間距自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)、劈裂機(jī)總機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)四個(gè)大的獨(dú)立機(jī)構(gòu),分別進(jìn)行了具體的設(shè)計(jì)研究;針對每個(gè)獨(dú)立的機(jī)構(gòu),從這個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)以及要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,然后從原理到結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行具體的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,并對每個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)提出了多個(gè)方案,經(jīng)過對比分析,最終確定一個(gè)最合適的結(jié)構(gòu),最后再對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了有限元分析,包括受力情況,結(jié)構(gòu)變形情況等,最終設(shè)計(jì)出一個(gè)合理的獨(dú)立機(jī)構(gòu)。(4)論文整體上先對四個(gè)獨(dú)立的機(jī)構(gòu)按照從下往上的步驟進(jìn)行了單獨(dú)設(shè)計(jì),最后給出了整機(jī)的三維結(jié)構(gòu),并且對每個(gè)獨(dú)立機(jī)構(gòu)分別進(jìn)行了裝配演示,使得整個(gè)論文看起來更加完整。文中經(jīng)過對四個(gè)單獨(dú)機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),得到了能夠防止發(fā)生側(cè)翻的車架系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了多套劈裂機(jī)的自動(dòng)定位功能,同時(shí)單套劈裂機(jī)之間還實(shí)現(xiàn)了間距的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)功能,以及劈裂機(jī)的自動(dòng)進(jìn)給功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了劈裂機(jī)的自動(dòng)化目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Splitting machine is a mining machine which consists of split gun and power station, which is used to split and mine rock.In recent years, domestic and foreign splitters have developed very rapidly. The split machines that have been put into use are mainly hydraulic splitters and pneumatic split machines.At present, there are many deficiencies in the application of splitting machine in our country. Most mining areas have not realized automatic mining. In order to reduce the cost, the low cost pneumatic drill combined with hammer hammer pincers is used for mining.It is very unsafe in the process of mining.In recent years, with the rapid increase of labor cost in China, the mining area can not afford the serious decline of profits caused by the increase of labor cost, so the mining area urgently needs efficient and automatic rock mining equipment to reduce the labor cost.In order to solve the above problems, this paper studies the method of rock automatic mining, and designs a kind of multi-load rock splitting machine which can be used in high-efficiency rock mining.The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) in view of the steps and methods of mining rock in a certain mining area in China, the functions of a load of multi-load rock splitting machine are preliminarily determined, and then according to the functions realized by a cart of multi-load rock splitting machine,The reverse design is carried out.According to the functions to be realized by the switchboard, each function is redistributed to each mechanism to realize it. According to the structure and kinematics track of the functional backstepping mechanism, the overall design of the split machine is completed step by step.) in order to better design the splitting machine,The rock mechanics is studied, and the rock splitting mechanism of pneumatic splitting machine is studied, and the interaction between rock and splitting machine is clearly understood, which ensures that the force of splitting machine is very clear.Thoroughly, the designed mechanism is more reasonable. (3) according to the grasp of the whole machine, the paper divides the multi-load rock splitting machine into four parts: the anti-rollover frame system, the automatic positioning mechanism of the splitting machine, the automatic adjusting mechanism of the split machine spacing,The design of split machine switchboard four large independent mechanisms, respectively, carried out specific design research; for each independent mechanism, from the characteristics of this mechanism and the functions to be realized, then from the principle to the structure of the specific design calculation,And put forward a number of schemes for each mechanism, through comparative analysis, finally determine the most suitable structure, and finally the finite element analysis of the structure, including the force, deformation, etc.Finally, a reasonable independent mechanism is designed. (4) in the whole paper, the four independent mechanisms are designed separately according to the step from bottom to top. Finally, the three-dimensional structure of the whole machine is given.The assembly demonstration of each independent mechanism makes the whole paper look more complete.Through the design of four separate mechanisms, the frame system which can prevent the rollover is obtained, and the automatic positioning function of multiple splitting machines is realized. At the same time, the automatic adjustment function of the distance between the single splitting machines is also realized.And the automatic feed function of splitting machine, realize the automatic goal of splitting machine.
