不同修復(fù)材料對(duì)鉛鋅尾砂中DTPA浸提態(tài)Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd含量的影響

【摘要】:采礦業(yè)產(chǎn)生的大量尾砂作為典型的污染源,其含有的重金屬等有害成分在雨水浸淋下會(huì)直接或間接對(duì)周邊環(huán)境造成污染。為研究尾砂中重金屬的污染修復(fù)技術(shù),以湖南郴州某廢棄礦區(qū)的尾砂為研究對(duì)象,通過添加質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為2.0%的生石灰、還原鐵粉、過磷酸鈣等廉價(jià)修復(fù)材料,對(duì)尾砂中DTPA浸提態(tài)Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd的含量變化進(jìn)行研究,并就其含量變化所體現(xiàn)的時(shí)間效應(yīng)及機(jī)理進(jìn)行探討。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),還原鐵粉對(duì)尾砂的修復(fù)作用最好,其次是過磷酸鈣。還原鐵粉使得尾砂中DTPA浸提態(tài)Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd的含量分別降低了59.91%,56.53%,75.81%,35.78%;過磷酸鈣使得尾砂DTPA浸提態(tài)Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd的含量分別降低了48.85%,44.27%,44.27%,39.23%,可為尾砂中重金屬穩(wěn)定化工程實(shí)施提供參考。
[Abstract]:A large amount of tailings produced by mining industry as a typical source of pollution, its heavy metals and other harmful components in the leaching of Rain Water will directly or indirectly cause pollution to the surrounding environment. In order to study the remediation technology of heavy metals in tailings, the tailings of an abandoned mining area in Chenzhou, Hunan Province were studied. By adding 2.0% of quicklime, reducing iron powder, superphosphate and other cheap restoration materials, The content change of DTPA extracted PbPb-ZnOCU / CD in tailings was studied, and the time effect and mechanism of the change were discussed. It was found that reducing iron powder had the best effect on tailings, followed by calcium superphosphate. The reduced iron powder reduced the content of DTPA extracted DTPA in tailing sand by 59.91% and 56.53% and 75.81% respectively, and calcium superphosphate reduced the content of DTPA extracted state Pb ~ (2 +) Zn ~ (2 +) Cu ~ (2 +) in tailings by 48.85% (44.2744.27) ~ 39.23 ~ (23), respectively, which could provide reference for the implementation of heavy metal stabilization engineering in tailings.
