電快速脈沖群引起的輻射電磁干擾機理分析及其應用

【摘要】:隨著高速數(shù)字印刷電路、無線射頻識別系統(tǒng)以及射頻器件的迅速發(fā)展,電子設備產(chǎn)生的大量電磁抗干擾的情況,嚴重影響其它設備的正常運行,甚至出現(xiàn)誤操作等問題。本文的研究是建立在國家質(zhì)檢總局科研項目《滿足電能表型式評價的電磁兼容測試要求的電能表檢測裝置的研制(編號2011QK127)》子項目上的。針對目前電氣電子產(chǎn)品抵抗“電快速脈沖群干擾”時偏重抑制傳導耦合干擾,而忽略輻射空間干擾也會使得產(chǎn)品失效這一現(xiàn)狀,本文以電快速脈沖群引起的輻射電磁干擾為研究對象。 針對上述問題,本文開展了“電快速脈沖群引起的輻射電磁干擾機理分析及其應用”研究,包括以下四個部分: (1)分析了電快速脈沖群機理特性,包括電快速脈沖群形成機理、脈沖群頻譜分析、能量的傳送與損耗分析,以及基于串擾耦合和電磁場模型兩種方式的輻射電磁干擾形成機理。 (2)建立了電快速脈沖群引起的輻射電磁干擾數(shù)值計算模型,在分析簡化電快速脈沖群抗干擾測試現(xiàn)場布置的基礎(chǔ)上建模,利用全波算法的時域有限積分進行了電磁場仿真。借助CST MWS(?)仿真軟件,得到的計算結(jié)果,定量的表明了輻射電磁噪聲的存在。 (3)設計了電快速脈沖群引起的輻射電磁干擾測量驗證實驗,針對數(shù)值計算與仿真結(jié)果的有效性選取了多組測試點完成了測量實驗,其測量結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果做到了呼應,同時也分析了仿真計算與實際測量之間的誤差來源。 (4)采用上述研究基礎(chǔ),解決了電快速脈沖群抗干擾的2個工程應用實例,包括小型直流有刷電機脈沖群干擾整改和智能開關(guān)控制器抗脈沖群干擾設計,采取的抑制措施涵蓋了EFT濾波器和屏蔽外殼等。 理論分析與實驗結(jié)果表明,電快速脈沖群的干擾途徑中確實存在借助輻射空間耦合的,且具有一定的強度。雖然這個強度不能和輻射電磁抗干擾完全的等同,但也為工程師在產(chǎn)品的電磁兼容性設計時提供了參照。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of high speed digital printed circuit, radio frequency identification system and radio frequency device, the large amount of electromagnetic anti-interference caused by electronic equipment seriously affects the normal operation of other equipment and even misoperation. The research of this paper is based on the research project of the State Quality Inspection Administration (AQSIQ) to meet the type of energy meter type evaluation. The development of the electric energy meter testing device (number 2011QK127), which is required by the electromagnetic compatibility test, is on the sub project. In view of the current electrical and electronic products' resistance to the "electric fast pulse group interference", the current situation that the product will be invalidation will be ignored by the neglect of the radiation space interference. EMI is the object of study.
In view of the above problems, this paper has carried out the research on the mechanism and application of electromagnetic interference caused by electrical fast pulsed group, including four parts:
(1) the mechanism characteristics of the electric fast pulse group are analyzed, including the formation mechanism of the electric fast pulse group, the spectrum analysis of the pulse group, the transmission and loss analysis of the energy, and the formation mechanism of the radiation electromagnetic interference based on the crosstalk coupling and the electromagnetic field model in two ways.
(2) the numerical simulation model of electromagnetic interference caused by electric fast pulse group is established. On the basis of analyzing the site layout of the simplified electric fast pulse group anti-interference test, the simulation of electromagnetic field is carried out by the time domain finite integral of the full wave algorithm. The results obtained by the CST MWS (?) simulation software show the radiant electricity quantificationally. The presence of magnetic noise.
(3) the test verification experiment of electromagnetic interference caused by electric fast pulse group is designed. According to the effectiveness of the numerical calculation and simulation results, a number of test points are selected to complete the measurement experiment. The measurement results are echoed with the simulation results, and the error sources between the simulation calculation and the actual measurement are also analyzed.
(4) using the above research basis, 2 engineering application examples of the electric fast pulse group anti-interference are solved, including the small DC brushed motor pulse group interference rectification and the intelligent switch controller anti pulse group interference design. The suppression measures cover the EFT filter and the shielded outer shell.
The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the interference approach of the electric fast pulse group does have the aid of the coupling of the radiation space and has a certain strength. Although the intensity can not be equivalent to the radiation electromagnetic interference, it also provides a reference for the engineers to set the timing of the electromagnetic compatibility of the products.
