基于ERTEC 200P的PROFINET工控網(wǎng)關(guān)的研制

【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)現(xiàn)場通信總線技術(shù)的發(fā)展,PROFINET逐漸成為了諸多工業(yè)設(shè)備之間相互通信的主流技術(shù)。而目前工業(yè)現(xiàn)場所廣泛使用的傳感器、執(zhí)行器、智能儀器儀表等,多通過內(nèi)嵌單片機提供串行接口,實現(xiàn)與外部系統(tǒng)的串行通信。因此,通過研發(fā)一種PROFINET網(wǎng)關(guān),該網(wǎng)關(guān)可實現(xiàn)將嵌有Modbus協(xié)議的設(shè)備通過RS-485接入PROFINET網(wǎng)絡(luò),具有重要意義。本文根據(jù)工控現(xiàn)場通信需求,通過對PROFINET協(xié)議和Modbus協(xié)議以及PROFINET網(wǎng)關(guān)技術(shù)的研究與分析。采用西門子提供的工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)專用器件系列的ERTEC 200P芯片作為主理器,同時外擴了高速大容量SDRAM存儲器、NOR Flash存儲器及其他接口電路,形成基于ERTEC 200P的硬件板。在該硬件板上運行e Cos嵌入式實時操作系統(tǒng)、PROFINET協(xié)議棧,并在協(xié)議棧上層做應(yīng)用開發(fā)。設(shè)計一款基于芯片STM32F103VET6的拓展板,在拓展板上運行Modbus協(xié)議主站程序,拓展板提供RS-485與工業(yè)現(xiàn)場設(shè)備連接,在拓展板上做應(yīng)用開發(fā);贓RTEC 200P的硬件板與基于STM32F103VET6的拓展板通過11路GPIO連接,共同組成PROFINET網(wǎng)關(guān)的硬件。最后,本文通過搭建硬軟件平臺,對嵌入Modbus協(xié)議的設(shè)備與嵌入PROFINET協(xié)議的設(shè)備的通信交互進行了軟硬件聯(lián)機調(diào)試,并針對該系統(tǒng)性能指標進行了實驗測試。測試結(jié)果:從Modbus協(xié)議從站端發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù),PROFINET協(xié)議端能接收到對應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù);從PROFINET協(xié)議端發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù),Modbus協(xié)議從站端能接收到對應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù),具有診斷功能,完成了該網(wǎng)關(guān)的功能性研制,具有一定的實用價值。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial field communication bus technology, PROFINET has gradually become the mainstream technology of communication between many industrial equipment. At present, the sensors, actuators, intelligent instruments and so on, which are widely used in the industrial field, provide the serial interface through embedded single-chip microcomputer to realize the serial communication with the external system. Therefore, through the development of a PROFINET gateway, it is of great significance that the devices embedded with Modbus protocol can be connected to the PROFINET network through RS-485. According to the requirements of industrial control field communication, this paper studies and analyzes the PROFINET protocol, Modbus protocol and PROFINET gateway technology. The ERTEC 200p chip of industrial Ethernet device series provided by Siemens is used as the main processor, and the high speed and large capacity SDRAM memory, NOR Flash memory and other interface circuits are expanded externally to form the hardware board based on ERTEC 200p. This hardware board runs e-Cos embedded real-time operating system, PROFINET protocol stack, and makes application development in the upper layer of the protocol stack. A development board based on chip STM32F103VET6 is designed, which runs the master station program of Modbus protocol on the expansion board. The expansion board provides the connection between RS-485 and industrial field equipment, and makes application and development on the expansion board. The hardware board based on ERTEC 200p and the expansion board based on STM32F103VET6 are connected by 11 GPIO channels to form the hardware of PROFINET gateway. Finally, by building a hardware and software platform, the communication between the devices embedded in Modbus protocol and the devices embedded in PROFINET protocol is debugged on-line, and the performance index of the system is tested by experiments. Test results: from the Modbus protocol to send data from the station end, the PROFINET protocol terminal can receive the corresponding data; The data is sent from the PROFINET protocol and the Modbus protocol can receive the corresponding data from the station, which has the diagnostic function. The functional development of the gateway is completed, which has a certain practical value.
