【摘要】：目的通過研究不同類型、規(guī)格和功能斷線鉗所形成剪切痕跡的異同,準確的進行工具痕跡的同一認定。方法運用實驗觀察法,比較法對液壓斷線鉗與普通斷線鉗形成痕跡特征反映的異同進行分析。結果液壓斷線鉗與普通斷線鉗從結構特征、剪切痕跡特征反映等方面存在著明顯的差異。結論在對剪切痕跡的檢驗中,需要注意從被剪斷頭的材質(zhì)、直徑、斷端形狀等方面著手,區(qū)別不同種類的剪切工具,尤其要注重對實驗樣本的制作,這樣才能充分發(fā)揮剪切痕跡在偵查破案中的證據(jù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the similarities and differences of shear marks formed by different types, specifications and functions of wire breaking forceps, and to identify exactly the same marks of tools. The comparison method was used to analyze the similarities and differences of the trace characteristics between hydraulic wire breaking pliers and common wire breaking pliers. Results the structural characteristics of hydraulic wire breaking pliers and common wire breaking pliers were analyzed. Conclusion in the examination of shear marks, we should pay attention to the material, diameter and end shape of the cut ends, and distinguish different kinds of shearing tools. Special attention should be paid to the making of experimental samples so as to give full play to the role of shearing marks in the detection and detection of cases.
