【摘要】： 隨著計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的蓬勃發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代來臨了。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響不斷擴(kuò)大,已成為我們不可或缺的工具。中國的網(wǎng)民也日益增多,其中青少年占很大的比例,是我國網(wǎng)民的主力軍。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對青少年影響巨大,有正面的也有負(fù)面的,其中負(fù)面的影響日益引人注目�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)成為新時(shí)期青少年犯罪的一個(gè)重要誘因,與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)有關(guān)的青少年犯罪也層出不窮,不僅嚴(yán)重危害社會(huì)治安和社會(huì)秩序,也給青少年自身和家庭帶來極大的不幸和災(zāi)難,已成為一個(gè)迫切需要解決的重大問題。所以,本文旨在分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)誘發(fā)青少年犯罪的成因,并在此基礎(chǔ)上積極探索、努力研究有效的防治對策,防止青少年因受互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的負(fù)面影響而走上違法犯罪的道路。首先是本文的引言部分,該部分主要介紹了寫作本文的目的。文章的正文分成三章進(jìn)行闡述,第一章介紹中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)誘發(fā)青少年犯罪的現(xiàn)狀,第二章分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)誘發(fā)青少年犯罪的原因,主要從青少年的身心特點(diǎn),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特征和網(wǎng)吧的因素進(jìn)行闡釋。最后一章在借鑒國外對消除互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對青少年負(fù)面影響手段的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了要綜合利用各種措施預(yù)防青少年犯罪。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer and network technology, the era of network is coming. The influence of the Internet is expanding and has become an indispensable tool for us. The number of Internet users in China is also increasing day by day, among which young people account for a large proportion. Internet is the main force of Internet users in our country. The Internet has a huge impact on teenagers, both positive and negative, among which the negative effects are becoming increasingly noticeable. The Internet has become an important inducement for juvenile delinquency in the new era. Juvenile delinquency related to the Internet is also emerging in endlessly, which not only seriously endangers social security and social order, but also brings great misfortune and disaster to young people and their families. It has become an urgent and important problem that needs to be solved. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the causes of juvenile delinquency induced by the Internet, and on this basis, to actively explore and study effective prevention and treatment countermeasures. The first part is the introduction of this paper, which mainly introduces the purpose of writing this article. The text of the article is divided into three chapters. The first chapter introduces the current situation of internet induced juvenile delinquency in China. The second chapter analyzes the causes of internet induced juvenile delinquency, mainly from the characteristics of teenagers' body and mind. In the last chapter, on the basis of using foreign countries for reference to eliminate the negative influence of Internet on young people, the author puts forward the comprehensive use of various measures to prevent juvenile delinquency.
