【摘要】： 校園暴力正成為困擾教育工作者的一大難題,它危害著校園安全,對(duì)青少年的健康成長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的消極影響。對(duì)校園暴力的研究和分析已成為研究的熱點(diǎn)。但是大部分研究重點(diǎn)集中在校園暴力的現(xiàn)狀、原因、對(duì)策上面,即更多的是從施暴者的角度了解校園暴力的原因及如何轉(zhuǎn)化施暴者來減少暴力。 本論文結(jié)合其他學(xué)者的已有研究,采用問卷調(diào)查的方法調(diào)查出地級(jí)市重點(diǎn)中學(xué)校園暴力的現(xiàn)狀:校園暴力在市級(jí)重點(diǎn)中學(xué)中并不是很嚴(yán)重,但是有逐漸增加和升級(jí)的現(xiàn)象。同時(shí)調(diào)查出,目前廣大教師、學(xué)生對(duì)校園暴力的認(rèn)識(shí)并不統(tǒng)一,尤其是對(duì)人的精神、心理形成傷害的暴力認(rèn)可程度并不統(tǒng)一,影響了校園暴力的預(yù)防及治理。 校園暴力的處理方式是本研究的主要視角,處理不當(dāng)會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致校園暴力的升級(jí)或者傷害的加重。通過調(diào)查可以看出:日益增加的校園暴力與暴力處理方式的不足之間形成了矛盾。 結(jié)合筆者多年來從事學(xué)校學(xué)生管理的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,本論文對(duì)校園暴力做了詳細(xì)的分類:分為六種,并給出了每種在具體的校園生活中的表現(xiàn)形式,便于人們對(duì)校園暴力有一個(gè)清醒的認(rèn)識(shí)。提出了如何減少校園暴力的對(duì)策:事前預(yù)防、事后處理。事前預(yù)防可分為三級(jí),事后處理分為事件發(fā)生后的即刻處理和事件發(fā)生后的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)護(hù)理。提出了在暴力的處理過程中應(yīng)充分認(rèn)識(shí)到校園暴力的特殊性:施暴者、受害者皆為學(xué)生,處理校園暴力應(yīng)以保護(hù)學(xué)生為前提。
[Abstract]:Campus violence is becoming a difficult problem for educators. It endangers campus safety and has a serious negative impact on the healthy growth of teenagers.The research and analysis of campus violence has become a hot spot.But most of the research focuses on the current situation of campus violence, reasons, countermeasures, that is, more from the point of view of the perpetrators of violence on campus violence and how to transform the perpetrators to reduce violence.Combining with the existing research of other scholars, this paper uses the method of questionnaire to investigate the present situation of campus violence in the key middle schools of prefecture-level cities: the violence on campus is not very serious in the key middle schools at the city level, but it has the phenomenon of increasing and upgrading gradually.At the same time, the majority of teachers and students on campus violence is not uniform, especially to the spirit of people, psychological formation and injury of violence is not uniform, affecting the prevention and treatment of violence on campus.The way to deal with campus violence is the main visual angle of this study. Improper handling will directly lead to the escalation of campus violence or the aggravation of injury.Through the investigation, we can see that there is a contradiction between the increasing campus violence and the insufficiency of the violence treatment.On the basis of the author's practical experience in the management of school students over the years, this paper makes a detailed classification of campus violence: it is divided into six types, and each of the forms of expression in the specific campus life is given.It is convenient for people to have a clear understanding of campus violence.Put forward how to reduce the campus violence countermeasures: prevention, after the treatment.Prevention in advance can be divided into three levels, and post-treatment can be divided into immediate treatment after an event and long-term care after an event.It is pointed out that the particularity of campus violence should be fully recognized in the course of dealing with violence: the perpetrators and the victims are all students, and the premise of dealing with the violence on campus should be to protect the students.
