【摘要】：醫(yī)患沖突已成為公眾議題,學(xué)者在醫(yī)患溝通等主題下展開(kāi)了廣泛探討。婦產(chǎn)科診室因其醫(yī)患沖突高發(fā)而進(jìn)入研究視野,在性別與身份的視角下梳理前人研究和近15年來(lái)媒體對(duì)婦產(chǎn)科里醫(yī)患沖突的新聞報(bào)道,可以探研出醫(yī)患雙方在性別與身份問(wèn)題上認(rèn)知與行為的差異及其成因。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),由于醫(yī)患雙方在醫(yī)療情境與日常情境的混融下進(jìn)行著互動(dòng),醫(yī)生在醫(yī)療實(shí)踐中排除了性別,但將日常性別規(guī)范投射到醫(yī)療情境中的患者卻把性別帶到了診室。這是不同社會(huì)規(guī)范之間的交戰(zhàn),或許患者在醫(yī)療情境中重構(gòu)自我認(rèn)同才是良策。
[Abstract]:The conflict between doctors and patients has become a public issue, and scholars have carried out extensive discussions under the themes of communication between doctors and patients. The gynecology and obstetrics department has entered the research field because of the high incidence of doctor-patient conflict. From the perspective of gender and identity, the gynecology and obstetrics department has combed previous studies and media news reports on the doctor-patient conflict in gynaecology and obstetrics in the past 15 years. The differences of cognition and behavior in gender and identity between doctors and patients and their causes can be explored. The study found that because of the interaction between doctors and patients under the mixture of medical situation and daily situation, doctors excluded gender in medical practice, but patients who projected daily gender norms into medical situation brought gender to the clinic. This is a battle between different social norms, and perhaps it is better for patients to reconstruct their self-identity in medical settings.
