【摘要】：近年來,張家口市城鎮(zhèn)居民消費(fèi)正由生存型與溫飽型向小康型和享受型轉(zhuǎn)變。調(diào)查顯示,該地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)居民的文化消費(fèi)意識(shí)正在逐年增強(qiáng),文化消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)潛力巨大。但目前文化消費(fèi)總量和結(jié)構(gòu)都還不盡如人意,主要存在文化消費(fèi)增長(zhǎng)緩慢,總量較小、農(nóng)村文化消費(fèi)極低,城鄉(xiāng)差距大、文化消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)層次較低、文化消費(fèi)觀念落后以及文化消費(fèi)價(jià)格偏高等問題。針對(duì)這些問題,提出增加居民收入,提高農(nóng)村文化消費(fèi)能力,豐富文化產(chǎn)品供給,改變傳統(tǒng)消費(fèi)觀念,推動(dòng)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和促進(jìn)文化產(chǎn)品價(jià)格合理化的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the consumption of urban residents in Zhangjiakou is changing from the survival type and the food and clothing type to the well-off and enjoying type. The survey shows that the cultural consumption consciousness of urban and rural residents in this region is increasing year by year and the potential of the cultural consumption market is huge. However, the total cultural consumption and structure are not satisfactory at present, and the growth of cultural consumption is slow, The total amount is small, the rural cultural consumption is very low, the urban and rural gap is large, the cultural consumption structure is low, the cultural consumption concept is backward and the cultural consumption price is high. In view of these problems, it is proposed to increase the income of the residents, improve the rural cultural consumption, enrich the supply of cultural products, change the traditional consumption concept, and promote the development of cultural industry. And promote the rationalization of the prices of cultural products.
