【摘要】： 謫官的產生是封建官僚管理體制中一個正�，F象，其目的是通過對不稱職官員進行懲戒，，來管理文官群體。但在封建社會君權專制、人治大于法治的情況下，對官員的貶謫往往摻雜著太多的人治因素。對官員的貶謫也從維護官僚體制秩序的正常手段變成當權者的任意行為。本文以明代正德年間作為研究的突破點，在分析特定歷史背景下謫官產生的原因、謫官悲慘遭遇的基礎上，系統(tǒng)論述了謫官的作為及其對當時社會風氣方面產生的影響。最后指出謫官雖然是經受了巨大的打擊，但是他們卻以不同形式，詮釋了在危難境遇下文人的心態(tài)。謫官問題，為我們揭示了封建社會中政治運行的節(jié)律和古代文官群體的心態(tài)演變規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:The emergence of banished officials is a normal phenomenon in the feudal bureaucratic management system, whose purpose is to manage the group of civil officials by punishing incompetent officials. However, in the feudal society, the autocratic monarchy, rule by man is greater than the rule of law, the relegation of officials is often mixed with too many factors of rule by man. The relegation of officials also changed from the normal means of maintaining bureaucratic order to the arbitrary behavior of those in power. On the basis of analyzing the causes of relegation of officials in the specific historical background and the tragic experiences of relegation officials, this paper systematically discusses the actions of relegation officials and their influence on the social atmosphere at that time by taking the Zhengde years of the Ming Dynasty as the breakthrough point of study. Finally, it is pointed out that although relegated officials suffered a great blow, they interpreted the mentality of people in distress in different forms. The question of relegation reveals the rhythm of political operation in feudal society and the evolution law of the mentality of ancient civil servants.
