【摘要】：河湟地區(qū)是內(nèi)地通往青藏高原及河西走廊的咽喉要沖,北宋中期更成為宋、夏雙方的爭(zhēng)奪之地。宋神宗時(shí)期,發(fā)動(dòng)熙河之役,并開(kāi)始了對(duì)河湟地區(qū)的全面經(jīng)營(yíng)。作為邊地開(kāi)發(fā)不可或缺的重要內(nèi)容,文教治理勢(shì)在必行,熙寧年間(1068-1077)始在河湟地區(qū)建置少數(shù)民族蕃學(xué)。文章從完善蕃官機(jī)制、推行漢法、實(shí)現(xiàn)"蕃族"全面封建化和實(shí)現(xiàn)"漢蕃一家"4個(gè)方面分析了"蕃學(xué)"設(shè)立的必要性。
