【摘要】：1964年的"全國少數(shù)民族群眾業(yè)余藝術(shù)觀摩演出會(huì)"是建國17年間展現(xiàn)少數(shù)民族文化藝術(shù)、將其發(fā)展推向高潮的重大文化事件,是歷史上第一次規(guī)模巨大的少數(shù)民族文藝盛典。本文以此為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)全過程加以翔實(shí)梳理、陳述,進(jìn)而探討由政府主辦、以"業(yè)余群眾"為主體的會(huì)演對(duì)民族民間音樂文化發(fā)展、當(dāng)代音樂舞臺(tái)及大眾文化生活等所產(chǎn)生的深遠(yuǎn)影響,并對(duì)這一文化事件產(chǎn)生的歷史意義、文化價(jià)值給予相應(yīng)的歷史評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:In 1964, the National Amateur Art Show for ethnic minorities was a major cultural event that showed the culture and art of ethnic minorities during the 17 years of the founding of the people's Republic of China and pushed its development to a climax. It is the first time in history that the grand festival of ethnic minority literature and art has a huge scale. This paper takes this as the research object, combs and states the whole process in detail, and then discusses how to be sponsored by the government. The performance with "amateur masses" as the main body has profound influence on the development of folk music culture, contemporary music stage and mass cultural life, and on the historical significance of this cultural event. The cultural value gives the corresponding historical appraisal.
