近年來，隨著人文科學(xué)的文化轉(zhuǎn)向，翻譯研究也開始從以往的語言學(xué)研究方法，慢慢轉(zhuǎn)向文化研究。這一轉(zhuǎn)向使對翻譯的考察從文本內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)向文本外。許多以往靠單純、靜態(tài)的手術(shù)解剖式語言學(xué)研究方法難以解決的關(guān)于翻譯方法的爭議，放在文化的角度，往往迎刃而解；對于翻譯的偏見、誤解，透過文化學(xué)的眼光，也可以得到比較圓滿的回答�？梢哉f翻譯研究文化轉(zhuǎn)向?yàn)榉�譯學(xué)科本身地位的提高，對于翻譯研究領(lǐng)域拓展都起了不可估量的作用。 由于文化本身的復(fù)雜性和豐富性，各種文化理論層出不窮。以色列學(xué)者埃文·佐哈爾的多元系統(tǒng)理論就是其中之一。這個理論本身關(guān)注文化生成的過程。翻譯由于在文化生成與發(fā)展和相互影響中的活躍表現(xiàn)，這個理論也給予了相當(dāng)?shù)年P(guān)注。多元系統(tǒng)理論視各種符號為系統(tǒng)，翻譯文學(xué)也被視作文化多元系統(tǒng)的一部分。翻譯文學(xué)的行為模式受到翻譯文學(xué)在譯語文化地位的影響。當(dāng)它處于中心位置時，他積極參與創(chuàng)造“一級模式”，打破譯語文化的傳統(tǒng)規(guī)范。但處于邊緣時，翻譯文學(xué)采用保守的“二級模式”。 清末民初翻譯小說，在中國翻譯史，乃至中國文化史上，占有重要的地位。偵探小說，作為一種新的小說模式，在1896年引進(jìn)中國并很快就被中國讀者接受。在其后的二十多...
