服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)在大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感培育中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感培育是高校思想政治工作的重要內(nèi)容。服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)作為一種將理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的新的教學(xué)方法,是幫助大學(xué)生深化責(zé)任認(rèn)知、激發(fā)責(zé)任情感、引領(lǐng)責(zé)任行為的有效手段,也是貫徹加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)高校思想政治工作的"堅(jiān)持全員全過(guò)程全方位育人"1的基本原則的重要途徑。將服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)用于大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感的培育,可以創(chuàng)新社會(huì)責(zé)任感的培育方式,有效促進(jìn)大學(xué)生提高社會(huì)責(zé)任感。本研究從服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)涵、服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)社會(huì)責(zé)任感培育的作用、服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)用于責(zé)任感培育的策略等方面對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了綜述和評(píng)析,并對(duì)服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)和大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感培育等基本概念進(jìn)行了界定。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、案例分析法等研究方法進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究。首先,闡述了服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)用于大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感培育的理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。研究分析表明,盡管當(dāng)前服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)在國(guó)內(nèi)的實(shí)施已經(jīng)取得一定成效,但國(guó)內(nèi)服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)仍然處于起步階段。服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)在大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感培育中的應(yīng)用仍然存在著很大的問(wèn)題,主要表現(xiàn)為:理論與實(shí)踐脫節(jié)、反思形式化、服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)融入社會(huì)責(zé)任感培育的方式單一、缺乏有效的評(píng)價(jià)使社會(huì)責(zé)任感培育效果難以強(qiáng)化。并進(jìn)一步分析了存在問(wèn)題的原因,如:思想重視不夠、應(yīng)用服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程不規(guī)范、未建立完善的管理和保障制度等。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合美國(guó)和我國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)的應(yīng)用實(shí)例,進(jìn)行了經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),從而為我國(guó)內(nèi)地高校推廣服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)以提高大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感提供借鑒。最后,針對(duì)不足之處及其原因,借鑒美國(guó)和我國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)高校的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),從優(yōu)化環(huán)境、完善過(guò)程、健全保障機(jī)制三個(gè)方面探索了將服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)用于大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感培育中的具體實(shí)施策略。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility is an important part of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. As a new teaching method which combines theory with practice, service learning is an effective means to help college students deepen their cognition of responsibility, stimulate their feelings of responsibility, and lead their behavior of responsibility. It is also an important way to carry out the basic principle of strengthening and improving the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. Applying service learning to the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility can bring forth new ways of fostering social responsibility and effectively promote college students to improve their sense of social responsibility. This study summarizes and comments on the relevant studies at home and abroad from the aspects of the connotation of service learning, the role of service learning in the cultivation of social responsibility, the strategies of service learning applied to the cultivation of responsibility, and so on. It also defines the basic concepts of service learning and the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility. On this basis, literature analysis, case analysis and other research methods are used. Firstly, the theoretical basis and practical significance of service learning applied to the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility are expounded. The research and analysis show that although the implementation of service learning in China has made some achievements, the domestic service learning is still in its infancy. There are still many problems in the application of service learning in the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility, which are mainly manifested in the following aspects: the disconnection between theory and practice, reflection and formalization, and the single way of integrating service learning into the cultivation of social responsibility. The lack of effective evaluation makes it difficult to strengthen the effect of social responsibility cultivation. The causes of the problems are further analyzed, such as the lack of attention to ideology, the non-standard process of application service learning, the failure to establish a perfect management and security system, and so on. On this basis, combined with the application examples of service learning in the United States and Taiwan, the experience is summarized, thus providing a reference for the promotion of service learning in mainland colleges and universities in China in order to improve the social responsibility of college students. Finally, in view of the deficiency and its reasons, the author draws lessons from the successful experience of universities in the United States and Taiwan, and from the optimization of the environment and the improvement of the process, This paper explores the practical strategies of applying service learning to the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility from three aspects of perfecting the safeguard mechanism.
