【摘要】：隨著高校規(guī)模的持續(xù)擴(kuò)大以及社會(huì)需求與高等教育供給相互脫節(jié)問(wèn)題的愈發(fā)凸顯,普通本科院校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量逐漸成為社會(huì)的關(guān)注熱點(diǎn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅速崛起以及產(chǎn)業(yè)類(lèi)型的細(xì)化導(dǎo)致相對(duì)應(yīng)的高層次專(zhuān)門(mén)人才需求增加。然而,普通本科院校現(xiàn)有的專(zhuān)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)布局和人才培養(yǎng)內(nèi)涵仍然難以滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的實(shí)際需求。只有通過(guò)專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)管理體制、高校治理模式、課程結(jié)構(gòu)體系、教師專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)能力、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系的整體性變革,才能有效增強(qiáng)本科院校人才培養(yǎng)與社會(huì)需求的匹配度。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the scale of universities and the growing disconnection between social demand and higher education supply, the quality of talent training in ordinary colleges and universities has gradually become the focus of attention. It is found that the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, the rapid rise of emerging industries and the refinement of industrial types lead to an increase in the corresponding demand for high-level specialized personnel. However, it is still difficult to meet the actual needs of economic and social development. Only through the overall reform of professional construction management system, university governance model, curriculum structure system, teachers' professional teaching ability and innovation of entrepreneurship education system, can we effectively enhance the matching degree between talent training and social needs in colleges and universities.
