【摘要】：在綜合分析全國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)空間發(fā)展格局基礎(chǔ)上,初步提出了黃河經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的空間劃分方案。進(jìn)而,以黃河經(jīng)濟(jì)帶地級(jí)以上中心城市為樣本,通過(guò)中心城市服務(wù)能力的時(shí)空格局分析,并與城市間的空間經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系進(jìn)行對(duì)比,深入解析了黃河經(jīng)濟(jì)帶中心城市服務(wù)能力規(guī)模等級(jí)、職能定位及其空間體系分布特征。研究認(rèn)為,黃河經(jīng)濟(jì)帶中心城市服務(wù)能力的空間分布較為不平衡,總體上呈現(xiàn)大區(qū)域京津雙核吸引,小區(qū)域省會(huì)中心帶動(dòng)的空間格局。區(qū)域中心城市服務(wù)能力與空間經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系之間呈現(xiàn)高度的空間耦合關(guān)系,說(shuō)明中心城市服務(wù)能力是其對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系強(qiáng)弱的綜合反映。京津兩市的全域性中心服務(wù)能力尚有很大不足,服務(wù)輻射較多局限在鄰近的周邊區(qū)域,對(duì)中、西部廣大中小城市的輻射帶動(dòng)作用小。與長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶相比較,黃河經(jīng)濟(jì)帶協(xié)同發(fā)展的最大問(wèn)題在于黃河航運(yùn)功能不足,東西橫向經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系相對(duì)較弱,橫向陸橋通道建設(shè)對(duì)黃河經(jīng)濟(jì)帶長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the comprehensive analysis of the spatial development pattern of the national regional economy, the spatial division scheme of the Yellow River economic belt is put forward preliminarily. Furthermore, the central cities above the ground level of the Yellow River economic belt are taken as samples. By analyzing the spatial and temporal pattern of the service capacity of the central city and comparing it with the spatial economic relations among the cities, the scale of the service capacity of the central city in the Yellow River economic belt is analyzed in depth. The study shows that the spatial distribution of the service capacity of the central city in the Yellow River economic belt is not balanced, and that the spatial distribution of the service capacity of the central city in the Yellow River economic belt is generally characterized by the attraction of the Beijing and Tianjin dual nuclei in a large region. The spatial pattern driven by the provincial capital center of a small region. The spatial coupling relationship between the service ability of the regional central city and the spatial economic connection is high, It shows that the service ability of the central city is a comprehensive reflection of the strength of its foreign economic ties. The regional central service capacity of Beijing and Tianjin is still very inadequate, and the service radiation is mostly confined to the neighboring areas. Compared with the Yangtze River economic belt, the biggest problem of the coordinated development of the Yellow River economic belt lies in the insufficient navigation function of the Yellow River and the relatively weak horizontal economic ties between the east and the west. The construction of transverse land bridge channel plays an important role in the rapid development of the Yellow River economic belt.
