價(jià)值生態(tài)共享經(jīng)濟(jì)平臺(tái)下的價(jià)值驅(qū)動(dòng)因素研究

價(jià)值創(chuàng)造是所有企業(yè)的目標(biāo),但是很多企業(yè)常常不為顧客創(chuàng)造價(jià)值。為了從更高的角度理解價(jià)值創(chuàng)造理論,一些學(xué)者使用了價(jià)值生態(tài)這一新的術(shù)語。為了成功地傳遞價(jià)值,企業(yè)經(jīng)常追求創(chuàng)新的方法來盈利,提高顧客忠誠度,使其產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)更吸引消費(fèi)者,為客戶創(chuàng)造價(jià)值。在這些商業(yè)模型中,共享經(jīng)濟(jì)也不例外。盡管相對(duì)新穎,但是最近在全球取得成功的商業(yè)模型顯示,共享經(jīng)濟(jì)模型對(duì)于促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有多重要。本研究的目的就是理解價(jià)值生態(tài)這一概念,確定驅(qū)動(dòng)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造的變量,理解在共享經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下的內(nèi)涵。使用案例研究方法,通過對(duì)兩個(gè)案例的比較和對(duì)二手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)的分析,本研究驗(yàn)證了共享經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下價(jià)值創(chuàng)造的機(jī)制。首先,本文選擇了一個(gè)具有多元戰(zhàn)略的共享經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)例Uber,將其與集中戰(zhàn)略的共享經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)例Ofo作比較。第二,通過對(duì)共享經(jīng)濟(jì)、價(jià)值創(chuàng)造、價(jià)值鏈和價(jià)值生態(tài)等方面的二手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)的分析,本文比較了兩者是如何運(yùn)作的,以及各自的機(jī)制是如何創(chuàng)造客戶價(jià)值的。第三,使用定性研究來比較兩個(gè)案例的機(jī)制,由此得出結(jié)論,成本節(jié)約、效力、反饋等因素受以下四個(gè)因素的影響:對(duì)共享經(jīng)濟(jì)和資源聯(lián)盟特點(diǎn)的完整評(píng)估、價(jià)值生態(tài)管理和價(jià)值合作、實(shí)驗(yàn)和持久性以及有效性,創(chuàng)新自主和再造。這樣,共享...
