【摘要】：改革開放30多年來,我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得了舉世矚目的成就,但在發(fā)展過程中也出現(xiàn)了很多的社會問題,如東西部發(fā)展、城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展不平衡以及貧富差距進(jìn)一步拉大等問題。這些問題都影響和制約著我國全面建成小康社會目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。貧富差距問題的產(chǎn)生是由于種種不公平的因素造成的。站在馬克思主義社會公平理論的視閾下探討我國貧富差距問題,一方面我們應(yīng)該清醒地認(rèn)識到在改革開放過程中出現(xiàn)的社會成員和地區(qū)之間收入差距擴(kuò)大的現(xiàn)實(shí),另一方面也應(yīng)該充分認(rèn)識到縮小和解決差距對于個體、社會以及國家的重要意義。本文采用了歷史唯物主義與辯證唯物主義相結(jié)合的方式,運(yùn)用了大量的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)充。通過對馬克思經(jīng)典作家的社會公平理論及其在我國的發(fā)展的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行梳理與總結(jié),找出了衡量貧富差距的指標(biāo),對我國產(chǎn)生貧富差距問題作了階段性的分析,指出了產(chǎn)生貧富差距的原因,說明了貧富差距的表現(xiàn),同時站在社會公平理論視閾中重新審視了當(dāng)代中國的貧富差距問題,并借鑒國外解決貧富差距的方法,從而找到了一條有中國特色的解決貧富差距之路。其實(shí),適度的貧富差距有利于調(diào)動人民群眾的積極性,促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展。但是過度的貧富差距則會挫傷人民群眾的積極性,最終不利于經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展�，F(xiàn)階段,是全面建成小康社會的決勝階段,因此,解決好貧富差距問題并將其控制在合理的區(qū)間內(nèi)至關(guān)重要。只有這樣才能最終實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China's economic development has made remarkable achievements, but in the process of development, there have also been many social problems, such as the development of the east and the west. The imbalance between urban and rural development and the widening gap between the rich and the poor. These problems affect and restrict the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way in China. The problem of the gap between the rich and the poor is caused by various unfair factors. From the perspective of Marxist social equity theory, to discuss the gap between the rich and the poor in China. On the one hand, we should be soberly aware of the reality of the widening income gap between the members of society and the regions that have emerged in the process of reform and opening up; on the other hand, we should also be fully aware of the importance of narrowing and resolving the gap to the individual. The significance of society and country. This paper adopts the combination of historical materialism and dialectical materialism. Through combing and summing up the social equity theory of Marx classical writers and its development in our country, we find out the index to measure the gap between the rich and the poor. This paper analyzes the problem of the gap between the rich and the poor in China, points out the causes of the gap, explains the performance of the gap between the rich and the poor, and at the same time reexamines the problem of the gap between the rich and the poor in contemporary China from the perspective of social equity theory. And draw lessons from foreign solutions to the gap between the rich and the poor, thus finding a way to solve the gap between the rich and the poor with Chinese characteristics. In fact, a moderate gap between the rich and the poor is conducive to arousing the enthusiasm of the people. Promoting the development of productive forces. However, the excessive gap between the rich and the poor will dampen the enthusiasm of the people and ultimately be detrimental to the sustainable development of the economy and society.
