【摘要】：2017年上半年,河南以新發(fā)展理念引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài),著力發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì)打好"四張牌",聚焦"三區(qū)一群"戰(zhàn)略,積極推進(jìn)"三去一降一補(bǔ)",持續(xù)開(kāi)展"四大攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)",全省經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)中有進(jìn)、進(jìn)中向好的態(tài)勢(shì),創(chuàng)造出地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值增長(zhǎng)8.2%的優(yōu)異成績(jī)。但是,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在投資增長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力不足、工業(yè)回暖基礎(chǔ)不牢、轉(zhuǎn)型步伐仍需加快、房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)存在負(fù)面影響等問(wèn)題,下半年要繼續(xù)堅(jiān)持穩(wěn)中求進(jìn)總基調(diào),積極擴(kuò)大有效投資、穩(wěn)定工業(yè)增長(zhǎng)、大力實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略、深入推進(jìn)改革開(kāi)放,繼續(xù)打好"四大攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)",確保實(shí)現(xiàn)全年經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展目標(biāo)。

We are actively promoting "three, go, one drop, one compensation," and continue to carry out the "four major battles against difficulties." the economic operation of the whole province has shown steady progress, progress toward the middle, and a positive trend, creating an excellent result of the region's gross domestic product growth of 8.2%. However, There are some problems in economic development, such as insufficient investment growth power, weak foundation for industrial recovery, quickening the pace of transformation, negative impact on the real estate market, and so on. In the second half of the year, we should continue to adhere to the general tone of pursuing steady progress, and actively expand effective investment. We will stabilize industrial growth, vigorously implement the innovation-driven strategy, deepen reform and opening up, continue to fight the "four major battles", and ensure the realization of the economic development target for the whole year.
