我國基因檢測技術的發(fā)展應用研究

【摘要】：起始于1990年的人類基因組計劃（human genome project，HGP）完成之后，基因工程的發(fā)展日新月異，目前已應用于醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生、農牧業(yè)、食品工業(yè)、環(huán)境保護等眾多領域，基因檢測便是其中的重要應用之一。近些年來，中國經濟一直保持高速發(fā)展，，人民生活水平不斷提高，部分高收入群體對健康的需求大幅度提升；同時，生物學、醫(yī)學、信息技術等學科的發(fā)展與結合使以預防疾病、維護健康為中心的醫(yī)療模式成為可能；高通量第二代測序技術的發(fā)展，使基因檢測開始逐步推向大眾。 由于基因檢測行業(yè)缺乏相關政府部門監(jiān)管，目前市場運營的檢測公司良莠不齊。除基因檢測的效度評價問題常常被商家和消費者所忽視外，還存在商家夸大宣傳、利潤過高，以及伴隨基因檢測信息的基因歧視、保密性等一系列社會問題。 本文對國內及國外基因檢測服務的發(fā)展現狀（包括技術發(fā)展、檢測機構、檢測項目、價格收費）及發(fā)展環(huán)境（包括政治、經濟、社會、醫(yī)學及行業(yè)環(huán)境等）進行了系統闡述，并基于此對國內基因檢測行業(yè)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行了詳細分析，提出了相應的戰(zhàn)略保障方案，以此為基因檢測行業(yè)的健康、科學、有序發(fā)展提供理論依據。
[Abstract]:Since the completion of the Human Genome Project (human genome project) in 1990, genetic engineering has developed rapidly and has been used in many fields, such as medicine and health, agriculture and animal husbandry, food industry, environmental protection and so on. Gene detection is one of the important applications. In recent years, China's economy has been growing at a high speed, people's living standards are constantly improving, and the demand for health of some high-income groups has increased substantially. At the same time, biology and medicine, With the development and combination of information technology and other disciplines, it is possible to take the prevention of disease and the maintenance of health as the center of medical model, and with the development of high-throughput second-generation sequencing technology, gene detection has been gradually introduced to the public. Due to the lack of relevant government regulation, the market operation of testing companies are mixed. Besides the validity evaluation of gene testing is often ignored by merchants and consumers, there are also a series of social problems such as exaggerated propaganda, excessive profit, gene discrimination, confidentiality and so on. In this paper, the development status of gene testing services in China and abroad (including technology development, testing institutions, testing items, price charging) and development environment (including political, economic, social, medical and industrial environment) are systematically described. Based on this, the development strategy of the domestic gene testing industry is analyzed in detail, and the corresponding strategy guarantee scheme is put forward, which provides the theoretical basis for the healthy, scientific and orderly development of the gene testing industry.
