光組件激光焊接應力場工藝優(yōu)化

【摘要】:提出了一套系統(tǒng)的激光焊接工藝設計方法,運用ANSYS軟件對單纖雙向光組件(BOSA)建立了一種簡化有限元仿真模型,采用間接焊接應力場的數(shù)值模擬方法,研究了單光束激光焊接下的最小偏移參數(shù)。結(jié)合優(yōu)化后的參數(shù)分析了不同激光焊接機參數(shù)下焊后光功率的損失情況。結(jié)果表明,當單光束激光功率為100 W、脈沖寬度為0.2ms、光斑半徑約為0.18mm時,光組件具有最小偏移,優(yōu)化后光功率損失比降低了7.1%。
[Abstract]:A systematic method of laser welding process design is presented. A simplified finite element simulation model is established by using ANSYS software for a single fiber bidirectional optical assembly, and the numerical simulation method of indirect welding stress field is adopted. The minimum migration parameters of single beam laser welding are studied. Combined with the optimized parameters, the loss of laser power after welding under different parameters of laser welding machine is analyzed. The results show that when the single beam laser power is 100W, the pulse width is 0.2ms, and the spot radius is about 0.18mm, the optical module has the minimum deviation, and the optical power loss ratio is reduced by 7.1 parts after the optimization.
