鋁合金攪拌摩擦焊后人工時(shí)效力學(xué)性能數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:采用KWN模型構(gòu)建攪拌摩擦焊接中Al-Mg-Si系鋁合金沉淀相演化計(jì)算模型,通過(guò)將屈服強(qiáng)度分為晶粒大小、固溶相和析出相三部分貢獻(xiàn),可以計(jì)算平板攪拌摩擦焊后的屈服強(qiáng)度和硬度。進(jìn)一步研究不同焊后人工時(shí)效條件下,焊接平板力學(xué)性能變化的機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:更長(zhǎng)的焊后保溫時(shí)間有利于攪拌區(qū)力學(xué)性能的回復(fù);較高的保溫溫度有利于攪拌區(qū)力學(xué)性能的快速回復(fù),但是當(dāng)溫度高于200℃時(shí),長(zhǎng)時(shí)間保溫會(huì)使母材軟化,不利于力學(xué)性能回復(fù);通過(guò)焊后人工時(shí)效不能明顯改善熱影響區(qū)的力學(xué)性能。
[Abstract]:The evolution model of precipitate phase of Al-Mg-Si series aluminum alloy in friction stir welding was constructed by using KWN model. The yield strength was divided into three parts: grain size, solid solution phase and precipitated phase. The yield strength and hardness after friction stir welding can be calculated. The mechanism of mechanical properties change of welded plate under different artificial aging conditions after welding was studied. The results show that longer holding time after welding is beneficial to the recovery of mechanical properties in the stirring zone.
