教育一般被認(rèn)為對(duì)快速經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)至關(guān)重要,如果我們希望通過(guò)減少勉強(qiáng)并為人們提供充分參與經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展所需的技能來(lái)提高窮人的生產(chǎn)力,那么這一點(diǎn)至關(guān)重要。因此,南蘇丹在人口、社會(huì)需求和全球化等方面提供不同的教育項(xiàng)目是非常重要的。南蘇丹高等教育部(SSMoHE)指出,自2011年獨(dú)立以來(lái),已經(jīng)作出了許多努力來(lái)加強(qiáng)教育政策,但由于大多數(shù)教育政策和發(fā)展步驟只是涉及通識(shí)教育,而不是技能教育,致使沒(méi)有得到所期望的發(fā)展。這本書(shū)是以滿足具有中等教育水平的汽車(chē)技術(shù)人員以及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的工程類(lèi)學(xué)生的需求而設(shè)計(jì)的。汽車(chē)構(gòu)造作為南蘇丹的一門(mén)特殊教學(xué)課程,只在不到5%的擁有機(jī)械師培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)中開(kāi)設(shè)。因此,很少有汽車(chē)技師或技術(shù)人員接觸到這種相關(guān)技術(shù)。公司、非政府組織、政府機(jī)構(gòu)非常需要受過(guò)汽車(chē)技工培訓(xùn)的技術(shù)人員。但是,如果汽車(chē)技術(shù)人員也了解這個(gè)商業(yè)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域,他們將會(huì)隨需而變,對(duì)他們的公司和他們的客戶更有價(jià)值,從而改善該國(guó)的生活水平。
