【摘要】：本文以南京青奧村服務(wù)中心項(xiàng)目為例,闡述了綠色建筑技術(shù)體系在該項(xiàng)目中的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用。項(xiàng)目服務(wù)中心結(jié)合建筑設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)和建筑功能,綜合考慮了建筑節(jié)地、節(jié)能、節(jié)水、節(jié)材、室內(nèi)環(huán)境、運(yùn)營管理,符合綠色建筑2星級(jí)的要求;應(yīng)用了圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)保溫隔熱體系、高效用能設(shè)備、分布式能源系統(tǒng)、雨水回用、自然采光和自然通風(fēng)優(yōu)化、智能化控制等多項(xiàng)技術(shù),且對(duì)室內(nèi)采光、通風(fēng)等進(jìn)行了模擬,構(gòu)建出具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的適宜性綠色建筑技術(shù)體系,以達(dá)到提高人員舒適、節(jié)能降耗、環(huán)境優(yōu)美的目標(biāo),全年供暖、通風(fēng)、空氣調(diào)節(jié)和照明總能耗減少65%。作為青奧會(huì)設(shè)施之一,該項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)營取得了良好的社會(huì)效益并具有積極的示范作用。
[Abstract]:Taking the project of Nanjing Qingao Village Service Center as an example, this paper expounds the design and application of green building technology system in this project. The project service center combines the architectural design characteristic and the building function, has considered comprehensively the building to save the land, the energy saving, the water saving, the material saving, the indoor environment, the operation management, conforms to the green building 2-star request, has applied the enclosing structure insulation system, High-utility energy equipment, distributed energy system, Rain Water reuse, natural lighting and natural ventilation optimization, intelligent control and other technologies, and indoor lighting, ventilation and other simulation, A suitable green building technology system with practical significance is constructed in order to achieve the goal of improving personnel comfort, saving energy and reducing consumption, and reducing the total energy consumption of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and lighting by 65% throughout the year. As one of the facilities of the Youth Olympic Committee, the project has achieved good social benefits and positive demonstration.
