清遠(yuǎn)抽水蓄能電站語(yǔ)音通信系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:電力系統(tǒng)調(diào)度語(yǔ)音通信系統(tǒng)及行政管理語(yǔ)音通信系統(tǒng)對(duì)于一個(gè)電站來(lái)說(shuō)都必不可少。本文主要介紹了清遠(yuǎn)抽水蓄能電站調(diào)度語(yǔ)音通信系統(tǒng)及行政語(yǔ)音通信系統(tǒng)的需求、方案選擇、具體設(shè)計(jì)及工程實(shí)施。 在本工程中,調(diào)度語(yǔ)音通信系統(tǒng)由于其再電力系統(tǒng)中的重要性極高,,因此對(duì)語(yǔ)音通信的實(shí)時(shí)性和可靠性要求都非常高。所以仍然選擇傳統(tǒng)的電路交換模式搭建語(yǔ)音通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),以滿足其對(duì)可靠性的要求。 行政語(yǔ)音系統(tǒng)由于用于日常辦公通信,其容錯(cuò)率較高,因此首次在抽水蓄能電站的通信設(shè)計(jì)中采用了IP語(yǔ)音的方式。由于計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的面向非連接的特性,為了保證IP語(yǔ)音系統(tǒng)具有較高的語(yǔ)音質(zhì)量及實(shí)時(shí)性,在承載網(wǎng)絡(luò)的設(shè)計(jì)上采用了虛擬交換技術(shù)來(lái)提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬,增強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備及鏈路的可靠性。最終達(dá)到了不錯(cuò)的效果。 經(jīng)實(shí)際驗(yàn)證,清遠(yuǎn)調(diào)度語(yǔ)音通信系統(tǒng)及行政語(yǔ)音通信系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)都達(dá)到了其實(shí)際的使用要求,系統(tǒng)均運(yùn)行良好。
[Abstract]:Power system dispatching voice communication system and administrative voice communication system are essential for a power station. This paper mainly introduces the requirements, scheme selection, concrete design and engineering implementation of dispatching voice communication system and administrative voice communication system for Qingyuan pumped Storage Power Station. In this project, the dispatching voice communication system is very important in the repower system, so the real-time and reliability requirements of voice communication are very high. Therefore, the traditional circuit switching mode is still selected to build the voice communication network to meet its reliability requirements. Because the administrative voice system is used in daily office communication, its fault tolerance rate is high, so IP voice is adopted in the communication design of pumped storage power station for the first time. Because of the connectionless characteristic of computer network, in order to ensure the high voice quality and real-time performance of IP voice system, virtual switching technology is used to improve the network bandwidth in the design of bearing network. Enhance the reliability of network equipment and links. In the end, a good effect was achieved. It is proved that the design of Qingyuan dispatching voice communication system and administrative voice communication system meets its actual requirements, and the system runs well.
